In term of difficulty, IB > A-level > AUSMAS / Foundation. Take IB if you can cope with it, it is the best uni preparation course in the world. Otherwise take A-level as it can lead you to study medicine degree in UK (or any part of the world) if result is good enough. AUSMAS is better than foundation as it is accepted by more uni, but AUSMAT is not as tough as A-level and IB, hence less recognition.
