I've just found out this channel and I'm so damn motivated for my upcoming diabetic journey. I am type 1 diabetic since last 1 year and was so depressed by the thinking that I am a ill person for the whole life.. I will recommend this channel to more and more people. And thank you so much for motivating
Don’t take antibiotics without it having been specifically prescribed for you at that given time! Taking the wrong kind or not finishing the amount or duration prescribed, increases the risk of multi resistant bacteria and it’s not just a risk for the individual, but for world health as others also risk multi resistant infections because of antibiotics being overused or used in the wrong way. Just taking one or two tablets of antibiotics won’t do anything anyways (except for telling the bacteria what they need to resist), if you do get an infection that requires antibiotics, different strands of bacteria responds to different types of antibiotics and it takes days of taking the right doses to actually beat the infection and then days more of the correct dose of antibiotics to make sure the infection is indeed gone, hence you often get antibiotics for 10 days and need to finish the 10 days even though you might feel fine after 3-5 days. Just a PSA regardless of diabetes.
