Some words that you say wake me up from a clouded mind. It makes me realize the dharma and makes me clearly see what is going on in my own mind, as well as the minds of others. Thank you, Ajahn.

Its not your feeling and its not your emotion. See its dukka nature and be carefull do not respond to dukka habitually. then abondon it and turn your attention to a wholesome action like meditating on breath.

Watch the feeling of discomfort. Observe it in detail. If you have enough samadhi you'll likely observe it's not one feeling but several feelings swirling and moving and popping in and out of existence quite rapidly.
If you don't have that samadhi, don't worry. The important part is just to watch the feeling. Don't react. Just watch the unpleasant feeling and take note of its qualities. Is it a gross, solid sensation? Does it move? Is it itchy? What are its qualities?
While it's fine to note that it is unpleasant, don't get INVOLVED in the unpleasantness. That's when you go from vedana to tanha (feeling discomfort to craving for release from it).
