  • It's the month of love! and @womensbest want to celebrate you!
    If I could wave a magic wand over every woman in midlife, I would make them stop and truly appreciate themselves. I mean, how often do we as women openly criticise ourselves, rather than celebrating how awesome we are. I often see women lose confidence and belief in themselves during menopause, and we really have to do all we can to get that back.
    I believe that this is a powerful time in our lives, and I am so adamant in changing the narrative around midlife, and exercising can be a massive part of this. When we move our body forward, it shows us that we CAN! I know you can.
    And as a little treat, here is the 3rd in my series of workouts, named after another generation who have molded us into being the powerful, determined women we are today. (PS I save these all on my TH-cam Channel)
    CLARA Single Dumbbell Workout
    Set a timer for 20 mins and see how many rounds of this workout you can do.
    ✅squat push-out x 5
    ✅reverse lunge t-spine rotation x 8 in total
    ✅push-up x 3 (ok on knees or elevated)
    ✅side plank forward/back taps x 5 each side (or elbow to knee x 5 each side)
    🙃rest as little as possible and repeat.
