The DORIS Matrix Workout

- Introducing DORIS!! A short and feisty workout named after my short and feisty little funny Nanna (who used to laugh so hard? Her teeth would fall out lol ð)
You are going to do 5 exercises, for 5 reps (That's a total of 25 reps in each round) Everytime your clock reaches 3 minutes., you start a new round.
So that means, 3 rounds would be 9 minutes. 4 rounds would be 12 minutes and 5 rounds would be 15 minutes etc. You don't need to do any more than 5 rounds.
My weapon of choice is the @ultimatesandbag which I think is perfect for this type of workout, the unstable lord within the bag makes this so much more challenging. But you can do this with dumbbells, kettlebells or even a barbell.
The last worker I did was called Mildred and you all loved the fact that I was using these cool unique names. That means so much to us. That's why I named after my cute little Nanna. But you all gave me so many fun names. I'm going to post a new one each week. I host them all on my TH-cam channel and honestly that's the best place for you to go to.
