I was crying, that was such a sweet tribute from Michelle for her precious mother. It really touched this Stitcher’s heart! I would love to do a zoom & stitch together! It would be awesome to meet you!! They would be a dream come true. Thank you for another fabulous video!! I thought all your finishes were so amazing!! Love Stitcher Sharon💖✨💫💝
Oh, that story about Nana stitcher is so sweet. What a sweet thing for her daughter to do in her memory. As we stay home this winter and quilt along with being a stitcher the time goes by a bit quicker.
Shellie, you are an inspiration in many ways…your sweet spirit, and your passion for creativity. ❤ Thank you for being a blessing through your Flosstube channel for the past year!! 🎉Joining you and others through Shellie’s Circle of Friends Zoom and Facebook is a wonderful idea!! 😊 Always looking forward to whatever you bring to us next time!! ❤❤❤
Shellie, your maker's moment really spoke to me today. Thank you for sharing those thoughtful words. I would enjoy a Zoom with you as well as a Facebook group. I meet once a week with seven other quilters, and we are the "Circle of Friends". All but one of the circle are older than me, and the share their talents and wisdom. It's very special, just as you are! Thank you!!
Hi Shellie, I enjoyed your video today and even got misty-eyed along with you when hearing Michelle Antoinette’s story. It was quite special. I lost my Nana Joanna this last year. She was an avid stitcher and the one who taught me how to stitch and now I’ll be always doing it in memory of her. Thank you for sharing the story. I’m glad you are feeling better and have a great Valentine’s Day💕
I would absolutely adore being able to sit down and do a Zoom stitch. That would make my day. I love watching you and feel like we are already friends. That would make my day.
One of our son-in-law's is from Darlington - an hour south of Newcastle which is south of Northumberland where The Last Homely House is. When her son talks, it is so like listening to our son-in-law. Always makes me smile. Glad to see that you are recovering from your fall, Shellie. Thanks for the visit!
Your video was so inspiring today! Loved the maker’s moment. I love to cross stitch, crochet, and quilt. The project bags from Nana stitcher are going to make two of your viewers very happy!
Hi Shellie! A Zoom call sounds fun! A Facebook group would be amazing, too! The Nana story was so heartwarming! Thanks for another wonderful video. Winter home stitcher
What a wonderful flosstube!! You have some beautiful finishes! The story of Michelle and her Mom was so heartwarming and it is so kind of her to share her Mom’s project bags. Maybe she will become a stitcher herself. During these winter months I just want to stay home and stitch and I am so excited that you have started a Facebook group!! Have a wonderful week!
What an inspiring flosstube today. I find your words so kind and intentional. Your contributions to the stitching community are so appreciated. quilt, stitcher
I love the Jane Austen quote about the comfort of home. I want to be a stitcher of that quote someday. I enjoy your Flosstubes always. It is a thrill to see a new video come up on my playlist. Thanks for an enjoyable time.
What a wonderful flosstube❤. I would love a zoom call to sit and chat with everyone about what crafty thing they are working on. And I love the FB group as well.
Thank you for your dedication to us and for putting out a quality filled video! I've been cross-stitching for a while, but now learning to quilt as another hobby! Keep up the good work... I'm getting a lot done, as we share our visits!
Shellie, I will join you in a live flosstube video. You are giving me lots of ideas and inspiration. Thank you 😊 the stitcher quilt a winter blanket for her home 🏡 ❤️ 😊
Hi Shelly. I am so glad you’re here. I would vote for Zooming. That’s so much like really stitching together as friends. Plus we get to meet others in your family of viewers. Doing a live is more of a ‘free for all’ with text messages flying about. It can get very confusing. A live is great if you are teaching a specific skill, but the zoom meeting is so much friendlier.❤❤❤
That is such a beautiful tribute to Nana Stitcher! OMG-you were a finishing fanatic in Jan! Love them all! Loved the proper cuppa tea comment! My one aunt was from England and her parents came and stayed with my parents for a month twice when I was little and Mrs. P always would have a good cuppa when she would sit and knit. I didn’t realize that she was drinking tea I use to think she was drinking something called cuppa. I can remember asking her if she would leave some of her cuppa for my mom because my mom liked her (Mrs P’s) cuppa and I didn’t know where to tell my dad to buy it for my mom. All she did was say she would. Later I found out that she was drinking tea and that’s what she called her cup of tea. You brought back memories for me. Thank you for that.
Another amazing and inspiring video! You’re a blessing to the community and a wonderful stitcher. Thanks for taking the time to share your stitching with us
