Russian missile hits educational institution, kills five in Ukraine's Odesa • FRANCE 24 English

A Russian missile attack on an educational institution in a popular seafront park in the Ukrainian Black Sea port of Odesa on Monday killed at least five people and injured 32, local officials said. Odesa has been a frequent target of Russian missile and drone attacks, particular port infrastructure.

Missile did the destruction even if it was intercepted. Russia fired the missile, so they are responsible for killing the children.
