MG4 Sat Nav Update

How to update the satnav map data on the MG4. the update is for 2023 Q4 update, thats still the latest update at this time (sept 2024)
I have been asked for the direct link to the maps so here it is, you will need to unzip this when you download it before putting it on your USB disk,
