    This really works my bp was 169/111 it came down to 134/ 92 n further to 123/ 82..god bless us all..thought of sharing my experience so it could benefit someone in need by reviewing comments🙏prayer fr all

    This was publish June 2014 and honestly i can say that this works. My blood pressure numbers went down totally, i couldn't believe it but it did work. Thank you and God bless.

    This truly does work my BP was 158/98 after listening for a few minutes has gone down to 134/87 I feel so calm and relaxed the music is also soothing feeling sleepy. I'm new to the channel Thank you Jason for all that you do for humanity

    I'm 15 years old and have been having high blood pressure since I was 13..recently it's been getting a lot worse when I began having panic attacks and sometimes my blood pressure is 193/95. but my doctors say that my heart is fine and shouldn't worry about it but for some reason I can't stop worrying. I hope this helps a bit to relax me.

      Nockout_Nova_ panic attack is only the creation of the mind . you fear something that does not exist. or you worry why this happens to me....stop just float up in the sky and look down you will ce millions of specs moving thats where we stand only 5foot people but our mind can think anything good or bad....why panic about your heart its taken care by your subconscious you simply feel it no go engage in fun loving work hug a tree look athe sun moon flowers waterfalls hmmm forget you exist

    Very surprised that this worked. I was 170/110 and after only ten minutes of listening it is down to 143/110. I really hope this continues to work until I can get in to see my doctor.

    im being admitted overnight at the hospital for electrical issues of my heart, bp has been high all day, 155 over 96, listened to this at 108 over 71.... thank you felt like my heart was let go of instantly and i can relax.....

    At the end it lowered I from 148/85 to 130 / 75, helped me relax. Pulse went from 85 to 62

      Bytom Girl, 130/75 is slightly hypertensive. I'm sure you're already consulting with a physician, but it's certainly important to keep your BP between 90/60 to 120/80. Glad this has helped you!

    I have had high blood pressure since I was 11 and I am 13 right now and this video helped me bring it down today. My blood pressure is at 176/93 rn and this is definitely helping

    Currently sick with pneumonia, this may have just saved hospital re-admission, critically high bp and hr now restored for the most part with this music and forced water intake. This will be a good tool for the war against Covid19. Thanks dude

    I am 24 years old and i got 140/100. I know i am so young to have a bp like this but its true. Now I will try this music to ease my feelings and to hopefully lower it.

      me too. i'm 34 years old. my bp today is 150/80. i can't breathe well every day. i also have hyperthyroidism :( this all happened after i gave birth :'(

      salt is the greatest change for blood pressure. Try cutting your salt to almost nothing (This includes packaged foods- pick ones with no sodium or very little)

    This helps me calm down. I messured my blood pressure and normally it is 120/80 but tonight it was 174/110 so I was worried sick but i'm only 16 so I need to calm down.

    I've had a couple of high blood pressure days. This has been an on and off again for awhile and I don't see my dr. until the end of the month. It's frustrating when you take your meds on schedule, don't do anything that would cause a rise and it still happens. Today it crept up to 152/98 and none of the usual tools or tricks was helping reverse the upward trend for more than a few minutes. i ran across this video and after the 2nd run through my blood pressure was 120/80 AND it's nearly kicked the headache. I'm feeling hopeful for the first time in over a month. Thank you!

    This works, I think. I don't have a blood pressure gauge (whatever the right term) but my heartbeat slowed down and is not beating as hard after 30 minutes.

Over the course of a few minutes I've been taking intermittent bp readings and each one I've taken has been a bit lower than the previous one.     I'm only around my pre-teen years I have high blood pressure I hope when I try listening to this music it will lower it I have a high risk of having a heart attack or fainting.i hope this will help me I'm scared that it will stay high for a long period of time hope this works 😖😭😭

      Eat fish and omega 3s and greens and continue to meditate and listen to soothing music like this and do at least light exercise. If you have tachycardia maybe it's not a great idea to do excessive exercise I don't know. But I am pretty sure those other suggestions should be helpful for your heart.

    My bp is 202 over 158 . pulse id 96 . Listening to this music burning lavender candles and my wife is ribbing my neck with lavender oil . We'll see what happens .

    i love all your videos but was disappointed when i listened to this one. The advert at the beginning was so loud and startling that it raised my blood pressure. I don't know if the video itself is good or not as i switched it off after the advert startled me wide awake.

    It's like once I feel that blood pressure cuff tighten and I get anxious and I can feel my heart rate increase and my blood pressure is high. It is very frustrating
