It's always scary when your heart rate increases by something small because by noticing the increase, you become more anxious and therefore your heart rate increases. Just to reassure you guys, a human heart can beat at 200bpm for 2 days and still be fine, the heart is a strong muscle and it keeps you alive
Edit: Thanks for 170 likes. I really hope this comment has helped all of you. Your body is strong.

This is my life saver!! I've went to the ER too many times for panic attacks because they are so scary and seriously feel like I'm dying. Now I'm left with a shit ton of bills just to be told it's anxiety. I throw headphones in with this and can almost instantly calm down. I love that it's over 2 hours long. AND these comments help me feel like I'm not alone. Thank you thank you thank you!!

I basically had to just tell myself that if I'm dying, then smoke 'em if you got 'em, because that's it lol I just refuse to go to the hospital now, at any cost. It's not exactly safe, since something could actually be wrong one of these times, but I'm not dead yet, not for lack of these panic attacks trying😂 Does this actually work though?

I went to the ER today. My heart rate was fluctuating between 200 and 215.. I was soooo scared. But then I started to realize that a lot of people are going through this right now … and a lot of people survive this. You will be part of the a lot of people. There’s so many medications that help people like us. Don’t worry… get some rest after these sounds and wake up tomorrow knowing that everything is going to be okay. It might be one day at a time. But it’s another day enjoying life.

I'm 100 percent drug free and I work out 6 days a week. I have found a new addiction, becoming the best version of myself I can. Some days are great and some days suck. But the days that suck motivate me more! Instead kf being depressed or feeling sorry for myself, I just meet the challenge head on and NEVER give up!! Sometimes I look back and can't believe how far I have come...and I have become relentless in putting one step forward even a small step to becoming better then yesterday! God bless. Thanks for asking!

@@travisfamilyfirst7675 hey there! Just wondering… what drugs were you taking? I’ve been on adderall for a few years for my ADD but am at the point where I don’t want to be on it anymore. @@GaPeach87 hi buddy, I was addicted to opiates really really bad. Some people quit cold turkey. Not me. I weened my self off over about 3 months. Until I got to low dosages. I used cbd and delta 8 thc to cope in between. I take nothing now. But no matter how u do it or how long it takes its a mind thing. We have messed with the chemistry of our brains taking these medications. You have to replace the instinct of needing to "feel" a certain way from the medication with absolute resolve to be a better you. Not motivation, you must be "driven" learn to embrace what sucks..I know it sounds extreme but for me I had to replace my addiction with another addiction which is making myself better everyday. Get high on life brother! You can do it. Also I'm not religious but I do follow Jesus Christ. His teachings have helped me tremendously, I don't belong to a church or anything like that I go into my closet and pray privately. It feels like therapy no lie. Also idk what you diet is like but eat as healthy as you can, and after work try to walk for atleast 30 min 5 days a week. Just you by yourself, you can even listen to music if you'd like, it's important for exercise but more important to help gather your mind through out the walk. Think about things and analyze why you feel this way or that way. Help yourself plan. Please when you start do not stop!! Even if you fail do not give up!! Be relentless. I'm still hammering to this day and my life and the lives of those around me that I love are benefiting man. God bless you man. If you need any help just comment a question and I will get with you asap!

How did it go? Honestly trying to focus on your heart directly will add to the panic. Best to release emotions or do something different like focus on the feeling of your feet, imagine drawing a line around your feet btw each toe...notice how indistinct some of them feel in your mind. These things tell your nervous system your safe. Other things -try sucking on ice or splashing face w cold water. You'll find a way to reduce it and master yourself - keep working at it ❤

I use to think GAD was easier than panic disorder, maybe because I was constantly having panic attacks back in the day lol but I was wrong. I would rather have panic attacks than deal with this constant anxiety that never goes away. It fluctuates, but it never really goes away. I haven't really had a full on panic attack in a long time now, but the GAD just keeping me right on the edge of one, for days, or weeks even, it's way worse lol. I wish for a panic attack to come, because I know I'll feel better after, but it just never comes, it's torture. GAD is way worse.

If you're reading this I am praying over you divine healing. If you have the power to make yourself anxious, you have the power to heal yourself and get so calm that you feel a wave of peace and heaven on Earth wash over you. Energy flows where attention goes. Lay back and let these divine sounds wash over you and enjoy the peace. My greatest advice to anyone dealing with anxiety/panic attacks: is to not try to push it away and be upset that it is happening. What you resist, persists. You have to actually surrender to it. Stop fighting it and just surrender to the fear. It then washes over and out. I love you. You will get through this stronger than you could gave imaged. Once you conquer your own personal hell (panic attacks) you can quite literally conquer anything life and anyone throws at you. ❤

It improves your health with eases the health related anxiety and also lowers down resting heart rate, hence working on both cause and symptoms. However would recommend to start with something light like yoga and breathing and then moving onto strength training.

Beautiful souls, you are loved. Remember that. Whether you're walking with yourself or with company you are never alone. We all fear and that fuels anxiety. Whatever that is in each one of us, the journey to find our answers is a long one. Have courage and know that you are your biggest blessing. Take a deep breath, open your heart and trust the way forward. There's sunshine and bright skies ahead.
We are all just walking each other home. Grab a hand along the way and keep moving forward. Be well ❤

Donating plasma means you can't have a heart rate over 100 bpm.
... hard to accomplish when on stimulant adhd medication, and have to walk a few blocks to the donation center.
(And I was naughty and had green tea early this morning..)
    This literally saved my donation!
    1st try bpm was 104.
I got 15 minutes to chill, and try to get it down.
I looked up "lower my heart rate" in a hopeful attempt to get my heart rate down so I could donate.
    It was at 92!!!!
    WOOOOHOOOOO!
THANK YOU to whomever made this!

Things were said on both ends but for me it's been weighing on my heart. i can't sleep I can't eat and today my heart was racing I thought I was going to die. My anxiety was through the roof and I couldn't stop crying. I was so scared I didn't want to end up in the hospital so I searched TH-cam for some help and found this within minutes my heart rate settled down I'm still sad and I hope to make up with my sisters. But it’s just the manifestation of panic attacks and nothing, anxiety is controlling our brain and hence whole CNS which makes uncontrollable beats, stomach ache ,body ache, tremors and nausea.

Every time I get sick, my anxiety rises, so I get anxious when I’m sick and I get sick when I’m anxious so it REALLY doesn’t help😭 my hear rate increases gradually, I feel out of breath and my throat kinda feels like it’s closing in on me, I always have the thought of throwing up in the back of my head. I’m afraid to throw up but when I do I feel a little better. I even stay up all night because my heart rate keeps me up. It’s 4:53 am for me rn and I didn’t fall asleep yet it sucks because after, I don’t fall asleep until like 11:00 am and then I sleep all day. Then my sleep schedule is ruined. It sucks cuz I don’t have enough money to get that checked out because my mom has really bad anxiety and I most likely get it from her. It sucks but everyone has their own experiences. I get over it eventually and I look back on it like “wow, I was really stressed out for what?” U got this just don’t try to focus on your heart rate. I try to do that cuz if I focus too much on my heart, I stay anxious and that’s something I don’t wanna do. Try to focus on the audio :) sleep tight

I truly feel you and how horrible the situation is. I wish I could meet you and give you a hug. If there’s anything I’ve learnt it’s that life can always get worse, but that also means that we should be thankful for where we are and the fact that it isn’t worse. It’s horrible, but there are worse alternatives so at least there’s that. I wish you the best of luck my friend. I hope you are out there healing ❤️
