    my bp was 16.5/10.5 and after listening to this it went 13.8/88 tky is very relaxing

    Music is nice but even playing it all night did not work for me..
    I do not want to go on strong meds

      Learn to meditate and meditate morning and night. And mindful breathing throughout the day. That will help. 💜

      I hear you. I'm on one medication already and now the doc is prescribing me another one to go with it. I haven't taken it.
      I am trying beet juice. Look it up. It's meant to be good for lowering blood pressure. There's also some other foods you can try and of course foods and drinks to avoid as well.
      I have a juice extractor and juicing the beets mixed up with an apple and carrots to disguise the taste. I'm not a fan of the taste of beets. You can get beet juice ready made from the supermarket but is a little expensive.
      Definitely try some breathing exercises and meditation too.
      We can improve our BP.. It may take a little work and some lifestyle changes.

      I have learned that high BP is a symptom of something else going on in the body. Figure that out and your bp will go down. I believe my problem is my spine. I have degenerative disks in my back and neck with tightness and pain. It's affecting my BP.
