Looks good, but the price sure doesn't! Ripoff for one of those. I think Food Basics has a multi-pack of the larger muffins with the filling. One is Fruit Explosion and they have a cream one. They sometime go on sale at a much more reasonable price than this offering from TH.

First rule of ruining baked goods, add wood. I like nuts and seeds but pumpkin seeds are just too big and hard for baked goods.
