Aww man that sounds so cool! I started a second character I hope to run as the Mantis and go heavy on the vigilante RP (so the opposite of my main captain), now I'm looking forward to trying to build a Mantis base of my own
@@MissOPlays Yeah, my fist run was a "Ronin", a mercenary drifter with a code of his own. My second I leaned into Constellation/Exploration. This run I'm doing my "Tony Stark does the Settled Systems" playthrough. So instead of Iron Man my alter ego is ofc the Mantis. Some ppl say Starfield is boring, I say it's what you make of it. And to quote Adam Driver: "boredom is bs, boredom is for lazy ppl with no imagination". Cheers.
Haha I know! That was why I added the not remotely airtight doors too. Intellectually I knew balconies made no sense on this kind of planet, but I wanted them, so added a layer of equally implausible doors just so I could tell my brain I "tried" Now my office workers can put on their spacesuits, head outside and splash coffee on their space helmets (I imagine it plays out similarly to the FO76 popcorn emote when you're wearing power armor)
@@MissOPlays hey, i just downloaded your buildable walls & doors mod after watching this. Epic job! Sent a thank you on Ko-Fi. Thank you for all your work!
I've missed you guys too! Before I always had a few finished builds, and close to finished builds ready to go that it was easy to stagger them for videos. I left a bunch of unfinished builds behind to get a clean save before Shattered Space, so been having to build everything up from scratch. Got a few "nearly done" builds scattered around this universe now, so hoping I can catch my stride better again here fingers crossed. I'll probably go back and finish some of the ones left behind in my old universe, or try recreate them in the new one at some point. i had a Ryujin ship I was feeling pretty good about that was lost to my Starborn drive towards the Unity
Wow thank you so much! This game is kind of a base builders dream in a lot of ways. At first I felt a little underwhelmed when I first started out because I was expecting something like FO4, but once I got into Starfield's system, I maybe enjoyed it even more. It's wildly different, but the assets are so gorgeous they make every base look so good
Thank you!!! You know I've been spending a lot of time examining a lot of the BGS locations to get a feel of how they're designed to make sure the mods I make feel like they belong in the game, and have to say I only come away more impressed with a lot of them, especially the industrial locations. There's some really impressive building going on in a lot of them, especially when it comes to machinery
Yes! They aren't a standalone buildable object, but are a part of some of the habs. the furnished and unfurnished versions of the Living Quarters, All in One Tower, and Apartment habs have them (the ones in the apartment are optional and part of the balconies that can be opened up)
I have a question for you all is there a mod out there that lets you take over the crimson fleet's base for yourself if you're like me and you took out all the pirates the place is abandoned surely there's a mod out there that lets you have the place for yourself right?? Please let me know I play on the Xbox
I've used your Modular Argos mod to create my own Mantis base I call "The Crow's Nest" on Celebrai II and it's pretty epic.
It's a great mod. Kudos.

Miss O you are quite a multi-talented inspiration! From modding, to video making, to just making the game fun. Salute!
Airlock at one end of the building, plastic flaps at the other. Gotta love that video game logic! 😂
Another inspirational build! 👏

@ Thank you so much! I hope you enjoy the walls, doors, and other goodies!
Thank you for all you've done for Starfield
Great base and walk thru, Miss O! Lots of good ideas in there.
Missed you! Beautiful base!

You are one of the best decorater/base builder person I have seen in any game! Just amazing

This looks so good, as good or better than anything hand crafted by BGS for the game. Well done!

Thanks for the chill video ❤️🥂
The Pirate Queen is building an empire and it looks damned good! Sad to see bureaucracy survives in the future even when we colonize space.
You know it feels realistic that it would easier to escape a dying planet than it would be to escape red tape
🤘
Looks brilliant. I just come and watch, and show appreciation for your mod Modular Outposts: Argos Extractors
Thank you so much, and glad you liked the Modular Outposts Argos mod!
The new lighting tiles in ‘better buildable walls’ are great! Love your work
Amazing as always!!!!
Are the plastic curtain things from your argos mod? Also dope base as always, so much inspiration to be gained from your builds!

There isn't currently I don't think, but that would be a fun addition
