- In 1851, in a German village, Frankfurt an der Oder, a lost man came out to the locals asking for help. He introduced himself as Jophar Vorin and spoke very poor German. The man himself claimed that he speaks “Laxar” and “Abram” - languages that don’t actually exist on our Earth. He also claimed to be from “Laxaria” - a country on the mainland called “Sakria”, separated from Europe by a huge ocean. Where did he really come from, and are there others like him?

He didn't specified if Europe was a continent or a country. It can be separated from a country named Europe.
In the first story, I don't think he's gonna be jumping out of a carriage when having a seizure and then running into the forest. Plus, he wanted help after wrecking, so would he not want help after having a seizure.

timeframes overlap all the time, time isnt linear, just the vast majority of us dont notice the subtle changes or oddities when it happens, or simply shrug it off. some of these timeframe changes can be vastly different while others almost the same, some of us become locked into these timeframes while most pass though like tourists. i personally think its these timeframe anomalies that fuel the so-called mandela effect, the reason why more talk about these anomalies today is because of the internet and its quasi-anonymity as prior to the internet those who experienced these anomalies would either only tell close friends/family or not tell anyone at all.
I've had a somewhat similar story, but not about a person but about an object i've used to have when i was little. My dad worked at an American cargo airline company, based in the Netherlands(Emery Worldwide Airlines ltd.) when i was little. He had a little map full of flight tickets and other airline information he gathered during the years he worked there, some of which he got also from pilots he talked to during those years. He one day gave that map to me and from time to time i watched into that map. One day i was playing with my toys on the floor (i was around 7 or 8 years old back then) and had that map lying next to me left or right. I clearly remember this because i watched it minutes earlier and put it there and hadn't left my spot the entire morning. When i was done playing with my toys and wanted to pick up the little map i suddenly noticed i could 't find it anymore. I looked EVERYWHERE for that thing but never found it again to this day. That thing literally vanished into thin air. I was very bummed out about it since i was very attached to it since my dad gave that to me personally and i loved that period of time when he worked there. He also had a couple of airplanes from the company on a tripod and took me to the airport where he worked sometimes. To this day (i'm 36 now) i remember that moment in life and it still puzzles me. I've always wondered if it somehow got "stuck" between time and space. I've read story's about this from persons of even entire groups vanishing into thin air. Some of which claim to have been "between" 2 reality's for a couple of days and seeing the world around them continueing but being incapabele of responding, feeling no hunger, thirst or sleep, and all of a sudden being "released" a couple of days later.
I sometimes think that humans go crazy when find a mysterious fact.
