    I love everything about this video. You are top notch in terms of the cut, the explanation, the filming, et al.
    Plus that dog is a dream on the table (as are many Poodles).

    Thanks for this video showing the scissoring in real time enabling me to understand the different transitions between neck and topknot for instance (and your motivations for the choices you make)! I will definitely come back to this video! The thoroughness of the explanations and the fact that you allowed time to show your skill rendered us such useful and precise instructions!
    Thank you! I follow and I wait to see how you finalize the top knot scissoring it together with the jacket!

    Instead of using hairspray for the spray up, do you have any other tips to get the topline to stand up? And especially on a puppy with the very soft poodle coat?
    We're not allowed using hairspray in my country.

    • @MelanieNewmanSalonEssentials
      @MelanieNewmanSalonEssentials  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Kim, there is a technique with banding the coat. Puppy coat can be challenging. I would recommend spraying the coat and trying to get some texture with the hairspray, before spraying your topknot up. Build the foundation first💓

    i would like to know how you get rid of flees in a coat as thick as this ?? our little poo is infested we have tried neem oil flee spray for dog and flaw we bath every 3 days to try and drown them and nothing is working .

    • @MelanieNewmanSalonEssentials
      @MelanieNewmanSalonEssentials  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Paula, you will need to speak with your vet and get some flea treatment as well as washing all the dogs bedding and continue the flea treatment to help break the flea cycle. Have you spoken to your vet? let me know how you go?
