Recently, I've been trying my best not to use the map trick at all, because I agree the fact the map trick ruins the game, specially against opposition that is trying to block me while in a h2h or in final races, because I think they have every right to do so, and it is well played by them. however, I personally think the only acceptable time to use the map trick, is against rammers or the people that try to ruin races that has nothing to do with our h2h, that is just from a certain point of view, or rather, from my point of view, some people may disagree with me, and I highly respect their opinion.
I understand your view here Rayyan! I agree that it should be able to be used when griefers are trying to ruin other people's games. However, as you said, it's also their right to do so, because Eliminator is basically "anything goes". Lots of gray lines here. Difficult.
There would be no need for all these discussions if this possibility of cheating did not exist! The players who use this trick can't be fully blamed either! The game gives every player the opportunity to use this trick quickly and easily! I have no hope that anything will change for FH5, but perhaps the card trick will no longer exist in FH6!
I agree... if it's in the game it can be used and exploited. It's left up to the player to decide what's "right" and "wrong". Lots of gray areas. Thanks Dragon!
Acceptable time for a map trick? in my mind: NO. NEVER. Map trick is a bug exploit that changes on demand the game physics. A lot of Map trick gamers use to explain that it can be used against rammers, griefers and people that are not involved in the H2H especially to avoid a front collision with an "external" car. NO WAY. All cars in the arena are your opponents, now , later and or at least during the FS. Changing the physics to get an avantage is a cheat (still in my mind). I don't care if the game allow it or if the other players do it (classic and miserable justifications) . The game allows also hacks and a lot of cheaters use them. The other guy decides to go off road to avoid the narrow road and the risk of front collision. That can be smart plan but it will be ruined by a cheat. No plan, No need to drive properly with a ghost car. Is it acceptable to use teleport or flying car hack to avoid a collision with an other car? The answer is the same in my mind. To win, the only right answer is driving skill (It's quite logical in a driving game)

Bob let me be simple. Telling to not use ghosting for this or that reason...is like you said, to not use steroids in professional sport. I leave 2 examples in video. Should i be monkey and others foxes. There is no justice for all. P.s. i would like that there is no that bug, but hey forza devs...

Been playing a lot of 4 lately, and there are a TON of stone walls everywhere. I see all sorts of folks using it there in H2Hs. I draw my line there.
