It only works if the bathroom door is locked. Use stairstack glitch to get above the ceiling. That ledge right at 7:43 where there's a space, the bathroom door is just underneath. She can see you through the ceiling part with square patterns. Just stand at the ledge of the concrete ceiling until she sees you. You'll hear heartbeats, then just back up and hope she follows you inside. You'll be able to hear her stuck in there for a while if she followed you. If she didn't then just wait a while on that ledge still until she paths upstairs near that area again and sees you. I'm not sure how she gets inside if the door is locked, but it works and she can't get out.
there are lots of speedrun categories, such as any% 100% glitchless no major glitch tool assisted etc this might be a wr run (check it out on speedrun leaderboard to check if it's legit), but it would take in other category than glitchless, any% or 100% run
