    Nice it's worth it to me I like it works 100% never had my windshield crack or clipped. For a daily driver you will have to change it every year or so depends on miles you drive
    And weather conditions. now for a weekend driver it will last 3 plus years I'm sure of it. If any other person here as any feed back or review on it make a video or write your experience to let other people know

    Thanks for your video. First part of your video I was thinking hell no but after seeing 125k miles I'm good with it. I see a roll for my jeep wrangler is $350 which is cost of windshield. And the roll is 25 foot long so I can replace it several times over. You sold me on it and thanks for letting me know it doesn't last forever.

    I'm getting "Clearplex" on my 2022 BMW M4 on the 20th of Nov, in Orange County.. My car is only 3 weeks old ( Garage/ weekend car) and the windshield is taking a beating on the LA/OC and SD freeways.

    I'm here because I'm tired of changing windshields, NJ roads have to be the worst roads in the country, not necessarily because they're not paved right and are full of potholes, I say that more because of all the debris, dropped cargo, rocks, nails, furniture, car bumpers, wheel arch splash guards, catalytic converter shields, you find in the middle of the road while cruising at 65mph, you're constantly running over metal fragments and blown truck tires. It's like demolition derby. Just had my wife's windshield on her 2019 Mitsubishi Mirage G4 cracked by a rock, I don't even know where that rock came from, the closet car to me was a blue Jeep Gladiator about a tractor-trailer length ahead of me, that's a 53' foot trailer (+ tractor) I'm talking about. Voodoo bro. The rock must've been lobbed into the air for a minute and happened to come down right in the middle of the windshield, no chip, no luck.... I got a 6 point star crack instantly. Dis some 🐂💩 I can't wait to move out next year.

    What’s the latest now? Still good? Also where did you cop that lower brush for the Rogue?

    I think if you drive a $100,000 or up. Then It s worth it. Otherwise. Drive it 5 years. Replace Your windshield if you want it.

    Did you put the wax treatment on like clearplex says to do?

    • @Bigtony1818
      @Bigtony1818  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I did not because I was going to drive that kia a lot like you can see on miles. In reality wax or no wax with that many miles would of made no difference remember company only covers 1 year or 10, miles witch ever comes 1st. Now on my nissan 4 1/2 years later still looks like new i just reached 13, miles

      I am a clear Plex installer, been doing for years , it really helps for rock chips at high speeds , the problem you have with the foggy is because you are supposed to wax and treat the film with clearex wax every time you wash your car , that will make your clear Plex moist and smooth for the wiper blades and will last a lot more time ,

    • @Bigtony1818

      Yes sir I forgot that on video but remember my car did 125,000 miles there's no plastic film on the world that is going to look great after 125,000 miles I also replaced my Wiper s once a year even like I said on video it doesn't rain much here I. LA. If any plastic film or company that claim have the best film ever why do you only give 1 year or 10-15 thousand miles ???? It should be lifetime in my opinion they don't because its a platic at the end of the day it will start to scratch fade and unglued from corners.
      The film is not $20 dollars now its 2021 my 2016 rogue just reached 15,000 miles film still looks new thats 5 years later so yeah it last long if you take care of it

      CALIFOR 2A the one you actually drive looks terrible. You have 8k miles on the other...I mean If you like driving looking through that garbage yes stick w clear plex.

      @@OctaneAndAmmo you don't get i said it clearly if you drive alot like I do over 160,000 miles in 1.5 years you should change it every year. And it still looks good the film is only warranty for 10,000 miles or 1 year witch ever comes 1st so i drive 150,000 miles more does that make sense to you. If you have a lot of money then change it every month im not an average driver normal people drive 12-15 thousand miles per year

      @@Bigtony1818 I bet if you used a silicon based coating like a RainX or something compatible with the material, that ClearPlex would still look good today, especially with UV blockers. When your turn on the wipers if you don't have a lubrication film layer that's when you get the scratches.
