no it doesn’t, it causes muscle loss and burns more carbs than fat
Running or any type of cardio is so useless I went from 260 to 185, with fasting, and WEIGHT LIFTING. Also losing weight is free, NEVER LISTEN TO ANY OF THESE COACHES YOU CAN DO IT YOURSELF KINGS AND QUEENS
