Dumbbells are safer than barbell also. If you're at home/gym and no spotter, you can lift only one dumbbell with two hands and performing a single hand press, helping yourself with the other hand when you need help to lift or to put it down when finished. Also, it gives you a sense of security because you can use the other hand to protect your face and body in case the weight could slip out from your hand. Moreover, lifting half of the weight compared with two dumbbells or a barbell, makes you able to perform a press on a bed or sofa avoiding any risk of breaking them, when you're at home, avoiding the limitation of performing the partial floor press.

For me it takes 2 days for me to feel it and even then it’s barely enough to get me to say “I’m sore” the only time I get extremely sore is when I workout a new part of my body I’ve never worked out intensely before but it’s takes off after 4 sessions through out the months so I very rarely get sore that only happens when you’re doing something new like a specific body area you’ve never done or if you’re a beginner and you never workout

Running or any type of cardio is so useless I went from 260 to 185, with fasting, and WEIGHT LIFTING. Also losing weight is free, NEVER LISTEN TO ANY OF THESE COACHES YOU CAN DO IT YOURSELF KINGS AND QUEENS
Sprinting is underrated for weight loss it burns calories and builds muscle at the same time
