Your videos are always simple and easy to follow! Even though I’m not looking to get a car right I know I’ll keep this in mind next time I am in the market
great channel man, new suscriber and so far I have like the videos I've seen so far so I wish you do great in YT. Just have to say that in NYC i guess my 10% is going to be just a basic bike
Appreciate it legend! Thanks for the support I just moved out of nyc. So expensive there! Pls don’t buy a car haha just use subway and take that extra cash to invest
hey man, as a fellow youtuber i gotta say your editing skills are top tier, keep pushing. One thing i can suggest is try and upload on topics which are super trendy in the finance niche, i try and do a lot of competitor analysis Your video quality overall is so good, i think if you can nail the timing of the video you release, it will definitely catch wind and pop off. Its a matter of time
That’s actually a really solid approach! I like it Only thing… is I have a feeling you’ll be a multi-millionaire soon. Don’t get too expensive of a car haha 🚀🚀 Thanks for watching chief
I’m in a investor role so my job is to find great companies, diligence them to make sure they’re actually good and then once we own them I have to work with the management team (CEO) to ensure we grow. A lot of work but a super fun career!
Thanks for the note. Quality credit to my team! Deep in the video I let folks know it’s crazy, strict and possibly unrealistic - but the vision is to put as much money into saving, investing and real assets vs car. Appreciate you watching chief!!
@@kennyfinance4674 In my country it is not realistic. Maybe in others it is. I spend more then 10% of my monthly income just for gas money to get to work and back... I drive 2008 ford mondeo diesel... 5,6L/100km... half an hour drive to get to work.
I just disagree with your advice, Maybe for a lady, Buying a nice or a dream car is always a great move for many reasons, as such: 1. Working your ass to make more 2. Associating yourself with like minded people 3. Some nice cars appreciate in value or don’t lose a lot of it, specially with inflation and the non ending quantitative easing 4. And last but not least, the pleasure and joy you feel while driving that car … this alone is stress released, investing in your well being. This said, I would always go for a nice car that I will enjoy driving but I won’t give it all in something that is way higher than what I can afford. 10% is very tight, and can work for people who doesn’t take this part as something that bring pleasure to their life. Thanks for the video, and keep it up )
I really appreciate your insight! You make some strong points about the value of a nice car and what it can add to life. Everyone’s financial priorities are different, and it’s great to hear your take on this topic-thank you for watching and for the thoughtful response 🚀
I really think buying a new car is just how to keep the poor, poor. Spend 5 or 6k on a reliable clunker, put that $700 payment into your 401k. Then buy used never exceeding 10% of net worth on sh*t with a motor, getting nicer used cars, adding a boat, motorcycle, whatever as net worth increases. You'll build wealth and in the end you'll have all the toys!
So you're saying someone should save 5k before buying a 500 pound or dollar car at the same time as saying buy a 5 or 6k car if you're genuinely expecting people to have 10's of thousands saved first that's mental
Thank you for watching. You’re spot-on about reinvesting savings from a lower-cost vehicle-it’s definitely a wealth-building mindset. Happy to have your input here!
Yep, a great way to stay poor is to spend all or most of your income no matter how much you earn. That especially applies as income rises, so many people upgrade their lifestyle rather than building wealth and taking advantage of tax breaks on investments.

Great video!
Appreciate it as always legend 🚀
i just stick to a 10% rule. If the car is worth more than 10% of my net worth, I'm not buying it.

@@michaelfurlonger5958 Yes, I drove a $600 POS in school then a $3250 car for the next 10 years. I'm accounting for inflation.
