I really love the long balled and especially you are my glory. You are my glory is so surprising and refreshingly mature, non-toxic, non-mysagonistic and warm. The characters don't act like children, theres no unnecessary jealousy or breakups or hurting each other... They make mistakes yes, but they have consequences and the guy actually knows how to apologize and treasure her. And she doesn't act like a 5 year old and has agency and confidence. Its so nice and refreshing to see.
"You Are My Glory" is so good, I hate it ^^. Seriously, when I compare any other romcom K-drama or C-drama to it, I feel something is lacking. Either the characters are too dumb or annoying, or the leads don't get together until the last episode. There's a line in "You Are My Glory" where someone says falling in love is easy, but staying in the relationship and surviving the struggles is the real deal, which usually isn't depicted in other shows.
