Yes it can. When in GM or SEA mode, find your target in the radar and set a SPI. Once you have a SPI set there is a softkey that says TGT, press that and it will slave the TGP over to whatever the radar SPI is so you can ID or refine the point.
Just one question: don't you have to set up your fox 3 or at least select them before you fire at a lock? The last time I looked at your weapons page in this vid there still were bombs selected
2:00 - 2:07I put the system into A-A mode, and then you can see my 120's selected on my SMS page when I zoom in. Also, you can always tell if you have your AIM-120's selected from your HUD symbology as well. That big circle with the dynamic launch zone bracket on the right is the biggest sign.
I’m gonna probably put my damn foot in my mouth, but here goes… it seems like the RWS/TWS are backwards in what they do. IE in RWS you are still “ranging” up to 10 possible targets that can break the ranging soft lock easily but in TWS you can track two with a higher likelihood of not breaking lock. It seems to be the same with bore/slave modes on the AIM-9x. It’s almost like the words by/below the corresponding OSB isn’t telling you what mode you are in, but what mode you are selecting. Idk, just my observation. I am by no means any expert on the subject.
Finally a DCS video where something other than a Fulcrum is the bad guy.👏
Wish more people would do this. It is so simple and with enough practice you can do it pretty quick.

Great question! It is! It's actually a skin I modified to be my jet at the 18thFS! I was the "DCC" on 89-077 at Eielson AFB Alaska circa 2007.
