Hooping with Hazel: creating a machine embroidered scalloped edge

Hazel Tunbridge from Graceful Embroidery experiments with a Machine Embroidery design from the Graced in Petals collection. Although not digitised to be trimmed scalloped edging in this machine embroidery tutorial Hazel attempts to scallop edge silk dupion fabric using a Heat away stabiliser as silk cannot be washed.
