I scored a th80x and the k81 from Amazon for 50 bucks each they're awesome. Between those and the ek68 they're the best keyboards I've ever used. The world of anything over a hundred bucks is the most heavily gatekept hobby I've ever encountered and I've never heard any of the companies that have seemingly made up names. I don't have 500 bucks a week to spend on boards, so I've pretty much given up trying to learn anything about it. That being said epomaker and leobog are the top tier in my world.
The best budget keyboard is just buying any 75% or higher keyboard that has 3-5 sound capture layers (foam etc) and is hot swappable then just buy the switches that match you, I did this and saved like £40

Whe I downloaded it, it basically killed the keyboard for a like 15 minutes until i was able to fix it off of a reddit post. I suggest not to buy anything from epomaker if you want custom rgb or something that you can only get in the software. Maybe look for an other keyboard for about the same price with maybe even better sound and a lot better software.
Not if they are mx blue. Zealpc clickes are the best based mx switches. There is something called the melodic but those click leaves are very small and don't produce as meaty a sound
