- 3 carrots
- some beans (aroung 10 to 15 beans)
- 150 g green peas
- 2 onions
- some coriander leaves, mint leaves and curry leaves
- 1 full garlic
- 1 piece of ginger
- 1 tablespoon gingergarlic paste
- 2 green chilli
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1tablespoon coriander powder
- 1 tablespoon chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon table salt
- 1 tableaspoon ketchup
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
-150g all purpose flour mixed with water (for breading)
- 2 tablespoon all prupose flour (fix roll corners)
- 200g bread crumbs
- 1 pachet roll sheets
- 1 liter oil
