Remember: No one's day of eating is representative of one's overall diet - even if two people eat exactly the same, they probably won't look the same! Everyone has different nutritional needs and preferences 💕
But it's a fun format to talk about some nutrition topics and share yummy recipe ideas 🥰 Hope you enjoy the video, thanks for being here! x

American here... Childhood foods vary by generation here. What 80's kids consider nostalgic will be easy different than early 2000 kids. That being said, US compared to overseas foods sounds like an awesome idea!

The childhood foods in US vs Europe idea could be a collab with Evan Edinger? 😀

I think I found out that I'm kind of more of an intuitive eater when I was prescribed a certain diet due to a stomach bug. The diet contained basically potatoes, carrots, I think apples, lowfat milk products and probably bread, I don't remember it too clearly. And I felt myself getting weaker. The doctor had only said to follow the diet one week, but I couldn't make it, you need to understand that I had not been able to eat properly also for some time even before I had seen the doctor, so I was pretty weak (and already underweight before the stomach bug). One evening, my body CRAVED vitamins so badly. All I wanted was to eat as many fruit and vegetable as possible, not to feel full or satisfied, but bc my body felt that that was what I actually needed. I especially craved oranges (it was winter after all).
After that I was convinced that if we truly listened to our bodies and just forgot everything we think we "know" about food and dieting and whatnot, that we can feel what we really need, and how much of it. I didn't know there was a word for that and that it's in fact not everyone :'D

Glad that listening to your body worked well for you! ❤

US vs Europe meal video: you could go by school lunches. That would give you a general idea of what is "typical" for school kids during whatever decade you focus on....

You could also do a video on the size of things US vs Europe.
Such as chicken breasts or your plums...in the US, these would be gigantic vs yours.
