This is incredibly useful, I wasn't sure if I should get this one but you kinda sold me on it lol
guess he didn't read the instructions on how to adjust the chain tension using the tension wheel,,it's connected to the chain cover and you have to align the arrows up with the marks on the chain cover

Used it yesterday and it worked a treat.
I noticed that the pin that attaches to black lock is starting to get a little loose in my chainsaw, you have any fix's or advice. I don't want to buy a new one if I don't need to
I wouldn't worry much with it, if it ultimately becomes stripped or breaks call black & decker and their warranty is pretty good
Forget to talk about the primer bulb on cap for bar oil
Indeed. This part is still confusing me. I put oil in there, pressing it any which way and for how long, nothing comes out of the oiler hole inside the tension cover. So not sure what that is about.
What oil do you use?
Any brand of bar oil will work
Mine won’t oil anyone know a fix

Make sure bar isn't upside down. The little hole in the bar needs to be over the oiler hole

Honestly fuck black + decker, they used to be good like 20 yeas ago, but now they suck major balls. If it can be plastic then it will be plastic, if it shouldnt be plastic it will still be plastic, their batteries suck, and day one of having this chainsaw it was already leeking oil. On top of that, it binded up and lost all chain tension many times even just going through 3-4 inch branches. Its underpowered and the gard might as well be held on by chewing gum because that would work better. And my safety didnt even work, it was just for show. The best thing about black + plus decker is the satisfaction it give you when you chuck that heeping pile of shit in the dumpster.
DO NOT BUY!!!! IT SUCKS!!
