Not to be a leach or anything, but I do have a new demo out on this one. It does everything. It a full frequency fuzz that does the spitty gated thing and the nasty thick sound, It cleans up when you back off the volume. When you turn the game all the way down you can even just get a really awesome cleaner boost sound. And then of course everything in between. The low knob is pregame so when you turn it down it tightens everything up really well and makes it more like a an overdrive. I’m pretty sure it does everything the both of you guys seem to be looking for and all the other pedals.
Being new to the world of fuzz it seems that 18:43 is "spitting mad" and for me where the fun began. The Kangra was....... The Whaler was good but not as, as the Kangra wuz. The Silver Machine is it's own game to me. Thanks Jackson I look forward to more content from you! Later guys....
Hey guys. How do the Stanford Thinline 30 react to the “high gain” from the fuzzes? Although being a hollow body, it doesn’t feedback much in this demo. However, I notice you’re sitting far away from the amp. Thinking about getting myself one of these Stanfords 😃
We didn't have any problems with feedback here but it was quite a unique setup. We actually have a floor monitor right in front which the guitar is coming through in the room, so there wasn't really any back and forth with amp and guitar to create that feedback. Andy now owns that guitar so maybe shoot him a message and ask how it handles feedback
Oh man, I got experienced! 🔥💨💨🎸Undoubtedly, you had your fun. But I bet Mr Ryan would have taken the silvery thing mask of a doom coffin and had just surfed away on Mr HPs Starfield, I guess. Kaboom!
I used to own Purple Moon a few years ago. I had made a short of this pedal presentation on YT channel. Then I sold it.But I missed this effect so I bought it again. Then and and now I still have no idea how to use it in my recordings. Alone its sounds nice . In the mix it is always too much... It is like very strong Tawny Port wine :-) Overkill. I wish they made a new version with some "tuning trimpot" for fuzz side of this pedal :-)
DUDE!!! This was maybe the most fun I had at #42gstwo
Thanks for doing the interview too - th-cam.com/video/UVCLOoEG81Q/w-d-xo.html
I think both of you guys would love the Pettyjohn Rail!!! Sooo good and crazy versatile.
I need to check that out!
