WHAT HAVE THEY BEEN DOING? - This is the greatest guitarist on the face of the earth, and quite likely, the greatest guitar player to have ever picked up the instrument - he should have 50 professional recordings by now - IT IS CRIMINAL NEGLECT on part of the music industry. One of my favorite pieces of music. Your tone is amazing. It is very difficult to let the notes ring out on guitar, to emulate pedals on the the piano. But you have worked very hard to keep this true to the original score. And you even use rubato well. Thank you for recording this.
