The 808 pure view stands to it's name.. absolutely phenomenal snaps. Yes windows phones had great processing.. but anyone who wants to take a photo and compose it.. pick the 808.. there is no algorithm for sharing the feel of the moment.
The iPhone photos are easiest to guess. 1020 and 808 they are a 50-50 to me. I really wish I could have one of my own 808 to shot with, though it is pretty expensive these days.
Mostly picked up by a mood and tone of 808 and 1020 but in really hash light I give it to an iPhone.I'm not too fond of an overprocessed photo of an iPhone but Pro RAW is incredible. No problem if you forget to carry your pro camera. It still can give us incredible flexibility. But the medium format camera still has the 1st place in my mind.
I'll be getting a Nokia Lumia 1020 these days, looking forward to compare it with my newer phones (Google Pixel 7 Pro, OnePlus Nord 2). All these comparisons show impressive shots during the day. At night of course it must lag behind because of the leaps computational photography has made since 2012.
We can shoot a whole new movie with Nokia preview cause it gives the 2000's year vibe.Apple just is uhhh tbh, it's all about sharp images and fancy names nobody's interested in.Hope Nokia made a comeback with either pureview or Lumia like camera style again.
Well, i had most Nokia phones from then to now (i actually got rid of my Nokia 9 though, because Nokia did not fulfil its promise and update it - and its camera .. which is prone to freezing and or crashing) The iPhone was easy to pick out .. due to its colour pallete (that means, all photos, except the macro/close-up of the tree bark were easy). The 808 usually looks muddier and greener. None of them can compate with even a cheap DSLR with a reasonably good lens. However - for a quick photo shot .. the iphone probably beats the older phones easily. The colours pop (even if they may not be realistic), the images are sharp(er) and the AI just makes nice casual photos. From an artistic point of view, i would prever the 1020 photos or even the 808 due to having more personality (something that i can add for the iphone though .. because its .raw) It might come down to form-factor. There is a very nice camera-case for the 1020, which adds additional battery and most importantly .. a camera grip, making it easier to hold it without a gimbal. There might be something similar for the iPhone, but i am not aware of it.

iPhone photos look like ai painting, Nokia's look like real photo
Nokia Lumia 1020 camera samples are very balanced given the time when it’s launched its camera module seems to be way ahead of time.
The 1020 camera module is still below the 808

@Geek's Table
I choose:
1st Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max (2022).
2nd Nokia Lumia 1020 (2013).
3rd Nokia PureView 808 (2012).
Ive never seen a guy hold on to something more than the way this guy is holding on to his bangs.

Nokia 808 is no match for iPhone 14 Pro Max lmao
Show me how much you know about photography in one sentence:
The Nokia 908 wins 🔥
I really like the raws of the 1020. Like an old analog camera.
