I love how polite and tidy Catherine is in all your videos and it is quite entertaining to see how excited Derek gets over FRIED CHICKEN! I can't wait to get to Vegas a d try this restaurant.
You know a place is serious when they have dispensers of clarified butter! And you know the food is good when Derek gives you the eye roll of bliss and a "mmm"! I know the Bacchanal is super-expensive but the selection is great and the quality looks good, too.

It's less crowded during the week, and almost the same food. Depends if you want lobster claws!

A few notables re: this amazing vlog - glad to see Derek's face so animated again (guess it's because the food is better than the last several places) ; also amazed he only had one small piece of chicken ; looking forward to partaking of this meat/seafood/dessert fest during my next Vegas trip - and finally...call me a grumpy old lady, but if I'm shelling out $100+ for food I have to get myself, then please remove the screaming toddlers so I can enjoy it.

If you can find Alaska King crab eat it while it is available. The King Crab season here in Alaska is closed this fall.

D Motta yeah. I went with my bf and no one told us until the server told us we were nearing 90 minutes. She was rushing us and at one point there was a manager (lady in a suit and walkie talkie) staring us down. We really didn’t know about the time limitation.
Used to be two-hours pre-pandemic but never really enforced.

$162.54 for 2 to eat the buffet??? Is this supposed to draw customers in???? I was thinking maybe $40-$50 a piece…….not $80 a piece!!! I’m sorry. I couldn’t eat enough to justify that kind of money…..even at Caesars!

If I had to do it all over again I would keep the $74.99 + Tax and after paying for 3 people I would go get a good steak. The food was ok and not great but what would you expect from a buffet. Yes, I can say I went there but that was the only time I would do it and will never do it again. It is just not worth the costs and the food was just ok its just not worth the $74.99 + tax.

Derek, the butter is for the crab legs. You take away the Cajun flavor away from the shrimp by dipping it in butter. That is to much work to put in to eat seafood. Btw All St Louis style ribs are pork. Here is a tip, when ever you get prime rib ask for the an end cap or end cut which is the the post flavorful part of the prime rib. It is not as bloody rare as the center cut has all the salt and seasoning you like. Great video once again. 😀
Do folks just dig in right away after grabbing their food without washing or using hand sanitizers? I mean especially after touching all those tongs that 100 other people touched

I'm doing a 3-4 day fast (only allowed water and black tea) but had to watch this video. Those prawns looked like scampi. So many things I would love to try there, the desserts all looked delicious but I would have skipped the mango rice one. Anyway, back to my weight loss diet so I can enjoy a buffet soon.

While the food looks fantastic I think the noise level in that place would make for an uncomfortable dining experience.
Prawns = Twist off the head, pinch off all the legs, unwrap the main shell piece, squeeze the meat from the tail end.

Love the video! I would have loved to see how the poki bowls and the octopus was. I have notice sushi reviews get skipped over alot. For me it is something im always most interested in is all the seafoods. Im so glad Catherine has a love for it! ❤ that lamb looked delish!
