As much as I love seeing scenes that truly express how much Peter actually loves Olivia, I especially love seeing those scenes that show how much Walter loves her too.
I find it sad how after everyone's complaining about how Peter is wooden and emotionless, Peter finally shows raw emotion, tears and anger and the media just overlooks that. Poor josh, all that hard work and nobody cares.
I got the scene and I do realize how serious it was. I just loved Peters reaction after he is slapped. lol But I do love this scene. You realize how important Olivia is to Peter.
Exactly. Its not about not understanding the scene or making fun of what is happening. The show has always been able to make you laugh even when you know your not suppose to, I like to think the writers do it on purpose. Whether you don't laugh at a scene or you do it doesn't matter. We all understand what is going on in this scene and we love Peter and Walter for getting to show how they care for Olivia in this clip.
Agreed. I love a good Walter/Olivia scene. Out of the main three, I think the dynamic between those two is the most interesting and intriguing to watch (more so than watching Peter/Walter and Peter/Olivia scenes) because Walter is like a father to her now despite all the pain he caused her as a child.
For me it wasn't about being funny more so that the laughter broke the tension of a serious situation. The slap to me brought things back in perspective and Peter out of his grieve so he can help Walter save Olivia.
Wow , Peter was in pain seeing Olivia freaking dead and you people seem to only laugh at the fact Peter gets slapped. If Olivia had slapped Walter or Walter slapped Olivia, would you be laughing then?
Walter and Walternate are giving t Olivia the same presents! When Olivia and Peter got married Walternate shot her! -season 3 final- Now Olivia is pregnant and Walter shot her too!! And Peter doesnt like them! I loved Peter more in that scene...And I couldnt cry cause it was so funny when Walter slaped Peter!! I was lol!!
Okay, so I'm not going to lie, this one scene blew my mind. For me, this felt like a fan fiction rather than a proper scene from an episode of Fringe. I think they could have done it a number of different ways, but ramming a rod through her skull to dislodge the bullet seems like the most insane and unrealistic part of the whole show (yes, the hybrids, observers, shapeshifters, and alternate realities are closer to reality in my mind). But even at that, this season was by far my favorite for turning the whole show on its head and bringing back characters and rewriting the shows own history in a way that can't replicated.
Love Fringe. Walter should have hit him harder for all his terrible acting, lol! I'd love to know how many takes they did, cuz Anna had to crack up the first few times. My gut says she wanted to slap him many times cuz he's a nightmare on set.

Walter: Peter listen to ME *slap* hahahahahha gets me everytime...so funny LOL 00:11

“The bullet that saved the world”.

Amazing scene!

Poor josh, all that hard work and nobody cares.
Wooden? Wth y'all talking about?
I care
Peter is a terrible actor. Walter should have slapped him harder :)
I never found him wooden
We care.
I love how the old man slap the guy😂
Walter slapped the shit outta Peter 😂😂😂😂😂i can't help but laugh loudly and obnoxiously

😅
@maryam moustafa : I know, and they had to do this scene over about 200 times, because Peter kept flinching :-).
@@the_obvious8336really?
Seeing Peter cry made me so sad! HES SO SWEET!!!

i bet it took a few takes :) that is literally almost my favorite moment in all of Fringe. It was great!
Lemon cake saved the day.
For me it wasn't about being funny more so that the laughter broke the tension of a serious situation. The slap to me brought things back in perspective and Peter out of his grieve so he can help Walter save Olivia.
This is some good acting in this show!
i don't know how anna torv remained calm when john hit josh, i wouldn't have been able to keep myself from laughing.
Lol. I agree. Peter is so awful in this scene. The slap is great! He's lucky I wasn't the one doing it. He'd still be down ;)
I was bawling! Peter was like DONT LET HER DIE!! PLESSE
OMG! I :'( every time I see this! Those Bishops love her so much! :')
I'd assume she'd have one hell of a headache after
It wasn't supposed to be funny, but that slap sure as hell was.
I gotta get me some of that cortexophan
If you look at her face right after the slap you can see that she's grinning a little bit. ;-D
555
now we know where etta got the bullet
I agree with you 100% first I was shock when Walter shot Olivia and then when he slap the hell out of Peter I laugh a little.
Well, I don't know how she remained calm through the whole scene.....
she sometimes looks like she's about to burst into laughter... lol
Based on the past season bloopers, I think you're absolutely right.
OMG I was the same way. The minute Walter slapped Peter I burst into laughter and said "And THATS why I watch Fringe." LMAO
I wonder how Olive would have reacted once she found out about being shot in the head by walter.
Not that slap😂😭
Wow , Peter was in pain seeing Olivia freaking dead and you people seem to only laugh at the fact Peter gets slapped. If Olivia had slapped Walter or Walter slapped Olivia, would you be laughing then?
No. We laughed at Peter getting slapped cuz he deserves it for being a terrible actor ;) Walter should have slapped him harder
We also know the ending.
It's OK to laugh.
Good to know where that came from.

fransar94 When did they got married? I never seen it, and I've seen every episode of the series.
@@augustrosepriv892. In the future that never happens. Where Peter goes when he steps into the machine at the end of season 3.
WAT THE HELL,THE GUN SHOOT WOOND "GONE"😲😲😲😲😲😲😲😲😲😲😲😲
im surprised that the procedure left no scar tissue
Walter said Cortexiphan provided her regenerative abilities

Why do you mean by him being a nightmare on set?
