Hi, Its nice watching people from abroad and USA and loving Scotland! I was born in Poland, but live in Edinburgh long time now and feel so lucky and happy doing long distance hiking and walking in here and I dont need to travel anywhere else to a different country😊 You need to see Skye and Outer Hebrides also! Scotland is the best.
Outer Hebrides is on our list! We visited Skye last year! Check out our other Scotland video, please click and view below! th-cam.com/video/n3F9QEvPY7U/w-d-xo.htmlsi=1nXOKk8c0yoF2_yI
@@vanhallaadventures Ohh dont worry I cannot care less about all that since some of them are proper stupid or silly names etc lol and Im also not born in Scotland and cannot pronounce properly alot of stuff myself :)
I have yet to make it over to Orkney, we live in the far north of the Highlands! Love our life here. Currently sharing videos on my channel of our life and adventures here. Orkney looks beautiful and I will definitely make it over soon. Thanks for sharing, new to your channel and planning to binge watch!! Xx
Found ypu last night while enjoying a red. I love Scotland 2 and its the only place I've been in the last 15 years. I live in Manchester. We have been eagle, dolphin and orca spotting. Been Orkney, shetland Mull millions of times and skye. Skye is gorgeous 😍 going lewis and harris next. Love your videos. Did anyone tell you you look like Charlotte Church ....so much
Thanks for the video. I'm from mainland Scotland, but have worked with many Shetlanders, Orcadians and other folk from the western Isles, generally you cannot meet nicer people, and they hate alcohol 🤣 I've had some all night sessions with islanders, their stamina is hard to keep up with
I lived a life very much like you in the mountains of mourn northern Ireland with my x wife for years and I miss it lol from me in Birmingham England xx 😘 thanks for sharing this video xx 😘
I love to watch you on your hikes. Now I love to see you live in this beautiful place. You guys fit right in ! The breakfast looks yummy. The coal brings back memories of long ago, growing up in Amsterdam. Hope you show us more of this gorgeous landscape. Wish you a lovely time there. Happy Thanksgiving ! Love from California 🙏💕🌷
On my to do list being a Hoy, Norse Haey, and Irish from Ulster O hEochaidh, awesome beautiful vlogging and scenery, cant wait to visit, truly feel my homeland is here, all the very best, health and happiness,
Just want to say how much I enjoy your videos! Also, want to say that I think you both look healthier and happier! Keep enjoying life and please continue sharing your life! Thank you!
I would love to visit Shetland, my great grandmother's family all lived in Shetland for hundreds of years, even back to some Norse ancestors. I live in Missouri where my family moved to in the late 18 early 1900's but Shetland seems like it's the way this area was when I was young, yery friendly and welcoming.
That’s so wonderful to know so much of your family’s history. We heard Shetland was incredibly gorgeous as well and I’m sure the people are very friendly like Orkney. We’d love to visit too ☺️
Oh it looks nice to visit, but seriously would you be ok with not seeing the sun for such a long time? I've read there isn't much of it and the weather looks cold, dark and windy? I get seasonal affective disorder in Michigan every fall and winter, I couldn't imagine.... I'm happy you got to see the seals what beautiful little cute puffy creatures!!
I think so. I wear a size 6 and in their tops I wear a small or a medium if it’s a super tight fitting shirt because I have a large bust. But all my sweaters are a small. Although I did order a size M in their pants because I like having a lil wiggle room for bloat 🙈or putting thermals underneath. I would say it fits like the rest of the brands that I purchase that can run super small (that are made more for women in their early 20’s). Does that make sense?
Enjoyed your little visit to Orkney, by the way, you got the name right, locals hate it when visitors call it `Orkneys`. I`m a sassenach but visited most of the Orkney Isles every from 1996-2018 and long to go back. The beauty of the isles, the freindly folk, ancient sites of course the intermittent weather all adds to its charm. Enjoy your stay there.
I’m a first generation Australian. My ancestry is from Orkney.I have lots of DNA matches with people from Orkney. When I did the DNA test it came back with 72% Scottish DNA.I also had 7% Norwegian DNA.I’m hoping to visit Scotland in about a year.Orkney will be one place I will be visiting. Thanks for the video 👍🇦🇺🏴
The first minute of this video. I wish you had been honest. You want to/ are living in Scotland because - and only because - the Macaroni pies washed-down with chilled Irn Bru. ( Who can blame you?! ). O a semi-serious point: I felt very nostalgic , and I felt I had lost something, as I watched this. I was this way for my head just filled-up with images of your Camino walk. I don't know. maybe I just needed to feel the sun all over me. That said, I'll leave you with an early Christmas gift. Ask/ buy lots of baggy or cheap socks. If you want to walk around on icy ground then the only guaranteed way of walking upright with confidence is to put socks over your shoes- most of the sole has to be covered. I lived in the Highlands; the socks thing works.

Pot of gold at the end of that rainbow? Best wishes out there.
I wish! Just lots of sheep 😂
Hahaha I’m sure I saw you outside Tesco few months ago 😂
That might have been us if it was on Mainland Scotland or in England! Whereabouts did you see us?
Oh sorry forgot to mention it was in Orkney in Kirkwall just outside Tesco shop 😅
I’m wondering what y’all are eating
In what part? We had chia pudding for breakfast (I made a homemade blueberry compote I mixed in) and the cauliflower wings at the restaurant 😊
Looks like a great place to wear a cute red raincoat. ❤
Wow
Quince does not ship outside the US. Interesting though. Although I would imagine you have worldwide subscribers
Yeah I wish they did 😏 most of our subs are from the US though we have a growing number from the UK and Canada.
