I agree with you 100%. Although this Madone is absolutely beautiful, 7.41kg w/o pedals means at least 7.7kg w/pedals. A similarly specc'ed 2023 Propel is almost a full kg lighter. At 7.7kg, I would be leaning towards the S5.
Over 1,000 miles now. No issues. Great bike!
We have client rode from KL all the way up to Thailand. Flawless except the Di2 cable connector issue.
