The Sweetness and Happiness of so many of her memories was very refreshing. The obvious goodness and kindness of her Father and the way she related it made me feel like not only did I almost KNOW him , but genuinely liked him ! This is a wonderful interview! And the interviewer asked very pertinent questions but did so softly which made them so refreshing rather that intrusive. Excellent Interview ! One of the best !

Fascinating how she helped the English war effort ( talking German ) and saw significant events overseas.

2:22:47 Claims to have raised daughter without ‘bigotry’ or ‘hatred’. What if her daughter married a German? Smells very hypocritical

The interviewer was respectful and soft snd her questions kept things moving - she asked if she recalled names of people and which were important. The people that helped and lived through this time. A good interviewer.

I had to stop watching because of the constant interrupting of the interviewer. Too many tape changes.... I say, let the survivor tell their story at their pace, their way. Thank you for your comment.
