Thanks for sharing. Now I wish I have a high definition tv in my apartment, and would keep this playing often. For better quality of life...me, birds, and dog. Fountain with clear running water has beautiful background of planted flowered and nature's arboretum. But I only have a cell phone screen to watch/hear this 😐 Still this is real joyful 🙂
This was so relaxing and enjoyable! I love birds so this was wonderful!! Thank you!! I have a shallow water bowl out by my feeders, and I love watching the birds , but I want to get a "bird bath" with a small fountain, I know they would like that much more!!
My cat watches as I read. This is the 2nd time I’ve seen that white dog visit the fountain and I love him. This is the best cat video, the many different birds, the fluttering sounds, the colors…. well done . I live on the water but I much prefer a wooded area, you’re fortunate to have such a piece of paradise. ✌️🇺🇸
That's Joey the Running Dog, who doesn't run much anymore since he's 13-15 years old. I would REALLY like to live near water with also more woods... like a mountain-forest-lake, is that a real thing? Anyways, thanks for the comment and for letting Looie watch the birds!
LoveLoveLove your videos !!!!!! Thank you for no ads. Ifind your videos with just birds and foutains so calming and in these times that is a blessing !!!!!
Thank you so much! Someone donated 3 fountain birdbaths today, so you can expect to see those in future videos soon. I'm going to remember the "just birds" note too.
I’ve been listening to this everyday for the past 7 months I think and it is the best one I have heard! I always have good dreams and lots of them. Thank you for making this because the sounds of it are so calming thank you
Looks like you saw almost all my bird bath videos! awesome! did you see the newest one with my watering can fountain thing? I had to make louder water fountains to drown out the really loud crickets and cicadas that were there; I miss the splashing sounds though... (th-cam.com/video/9StWmhNWsMI/w-d-xo.html)
Thank you for this video as it is the only one my cat will watch while getting his breathing treatments. It is calming and runs at the purrfect speed. The cat videos out there are chaotic and just too over stimulating. Today, I found myself letting this play in background all day, without my cat watching, due to the calming effects. Again, thanks sharing.
Thank you so much! My cat looks forward to her bird video everyday. All I have to say is “ Sophie, come see your video,” and she comes in the room and gets comfy. A beautiful video A+, 10 + stars **********
Yo my cat be pawing the screen like mad, and skipping ten seconds, but mainly, she slapped the mic of my iPad when the birds tweeted, which was very funny. Thank u for this vid 🐈⬛
Yes! Haha it's great how they can know where the sounds coming from, the surround sound speakers I have confuse my cat. I have to move the speaker behind the screen so she'll not get distracted
I see in the description you are in Raleigh I am in Florida I seen the red headed sparrow I've seen one here I believe they're from the Caribbean not seen then in a couple years
Yeah I travel all around the area, although I haven't been to Florida in a couple years. I hope to get some footage of birds in Long Boat Key around November though!
I wrote up a little more about the setup here lensmyth.com/cat-tv-9/ This birdbath is just from Lowe's, for just the Birdbath Bowl part it's only $17 and to add a fountain there's some options like putting an all-in-one solar fountain in amzn.to/3ivhwfp (My amazon affiliate link) or using a small submersible aquarium pump which is a little trickier or for the short term, connecting a small drip sprinkler to your garden hose.
Stumbled across this video as I watch something like this every single day, I have cats and they really enjoy this video. But so did I. I had to laugh out loud when at the 5:02 mark the dog gets a drink. Lol. He looks like a big dog in the video, but when you look closer I’m sure he’s not more than 10 inches off the ground in real life. Is there a stoop that he standing on? Adorable. Thank for this. I had a yard that looked very similar but I lost it due to coronavirus and ended up having to move into a condominium, I’m on the water but I don’t have this kind of land in these birds to look at every day anymore. So, you’re doing good work out there.
Thanks! I have a little bit of land but it's terribly close to roads and airports and a military base so there's plenty of racket! The dog (and sometimes the neighbor dogs) can easily get to the birdbath since it is sitting on ground. Once I took it off the pedestal the birds were much more comfortable approaching and using it.
@@LensMyth Oh that’s funny about the neighbor’s dog. I wonder if you’re close to Mildenhall or Lakenheath? I used to do military charter flying from the US and spent a lot of time there. That’s why I love watching your videos and these kind so much. Yes, I also live/d in a very crowded area or county in Florida that has all the beautiful beaches so my backyard can look like a sanctuary, and yet if you listen carefully enough you’re going to hear sirens and all sorts of things. But it’s all what you make of it, isn’t it.☺️
@@LensMyth OK now I’m really embarrassed because you probably didn’t even know what I was talking about above here. I just turned on TH-cam and your video about making the DIY birdbath fountain came on, comments are off - whichI get. But you’re an American. Haha. I don’t know why but I just assumed that you were in England. A lot of these videos I’ve seen and turned my mom on to, are almost always the UK. You’ve done a good job on these videos. My mom has a cat who can watch these videos for hours. My cats are from Sicily and our last house had over 70 - 80 birds, squirrels, raccoons, opossum, so I can’t fool them. Well done, though.
No worries! I looked up Mendenhall and Lakenheath thinking maybe they were near Cornwall which I believe is Paul Dinning's spot. I'm near Fort Jackson in SC.
I'm curious about the fountain you are using? How do you have it set up with the bird bath. Love the videos of the birds bathing and so do my cats! Thank you for the great content
I put a small aquarium pump in a barrel of water. Then I've attached it to 1/4 inch tubing from my drip irrigation pointed at the bath. The splashing really helps them find it but the noise takes away from the bird chirping a bit. If you want to use tap water, you can hook it right up to the garden hose!
@@LensMyth thank you! I've got a bird bath outside my office window but in the FL heat it evaporates really quickly so was looking for an easy solution. Thank you for sharing!
Whoah yeah I just checked out your channel. Live Streaming Bird Feeder cams very cool th-cam.com/video/bqDnVrpfXRc/w-d-xo.html I've never done a live stream before. When's the next one?
RIP Finley... Drip irrigation is awesome. It's just a tiny tube that you can run all over your yard and it connects to your hose faucet/spigot. Maybe in the future, you'll have a larger screen. Until then, enjoy anyway you can.
Thank you! something my cat LOVES and I love as well. very calming and not too overstimulating for the kitties. :)
I never want to live in a world without birds 💦
Aww.The cute puppy is enjoying a drink, too.
That was Joey being a bad listener, "get away from those birds" he doesn't listen... he just wants outside water, doesn't matter where he finds it!
Very nice, thank you.
Hit Liked👍 but we all loved it❣️

Love the dog's drop-in for a drink 😍
Yeah he's not allowed over there by the birdbath but sometimes he just wants to be a bad dog...
Another favorite for me and my cat!
This is very nice in its simplicity. It does not overwhelm and that is one of its major pluses.
Thank you! I'm very happy with this one and still surprised by the amount of activity this bird bath got.
I am not a cat, but I also enjoyed this video for it's calming effect. It can be used for daily meditation. Thanks!
That sound like something a cat would say
какие красивые птицы 😘

Beautiful video. My calico cat Casey and myself enjoyed it very much. Take care and God bless- Chris

Love the water sounds. Birds at feeders is nice, but somehow the water sounds are more soothing, at least to me. Well done!

The dog showing up for a drink at 5:15 was hilarious!
Love it! Thanks for calling my attention to it. Had missed it before.

How did you make this
Tell me
what type of water fountain is to the left
It's made from drip irrigation parts. Here's a very quick look at it th-cam.com/video/D6KZIpHtq-4/w-d-xo.html
What is the bird called at 3:12
A Gray Jay?
That's the Mourning Dove. At 57:20 you can see the pair, they are usually together.
