Neat heat tip: If you go to heat from hitting a heat engager, you can mixup with wr3,2 or u4 and b2(hold f). Hitting b2 (hold f) on block is heavy plus and leaves you in liberator for forced mixup and u4 will launch if they duck (but you lose your turn). Edited comment because b3 doesn't launch in heat. Still amazing move. Loving it as ex heihachi main.
@@XxTreBasedxX you probably meant b2, but yes they can. That's why you introduce wr32 first to make them not duck. If they duck your wr32 everytime, it's a win win situation.

His opinion on her strength as a character is something I wholeheartedly agree with. What I love is that unlike myself he's able to use these characters to their fullest extent, and at the highest level.

I love mixing my 10 frame punish to keep them pressing so I counter them. 1,1 into stance. But I do like to do 1,2 and use that +8 to go for d2,3 into stance it won't trade with jabs because of built in high crush. Honestly d2,3 is my favorite move to use with her. :)

Db3 is actually not launchable, -7 and if t8 works like t7 it takes 6 frames (i think atleast it was 6f) to turn around so youre effectively at -13. However Azucena has b1+2 from backturned that parries mids (i.e kazuya trying to twinpiston launch you) which makes db3 pseudo safe (guessing game here) but not launch punishble as there are ways to get around it.
i think i'm not alone but why don't put the key moves on screen not only combos , we don't understand the whole part easyli so we can't redo the mooves dude , without that it's a nice guide

I am a native Spanish speaker and I actually find Azucena's lines weird and sometimes cringe. And the VA feels so strange. It sounds like a weird dub of a japanese character.
ye Im super happy with the guide and its helped immensely so far for me to have fun and learn. My first time trying tekken and loved her personality/style so much that I wanted to stick with her. If Arslan is maining her though and with guides her popularity is going to go up and up over time. Kinda worried about all the mirror matches but we will see!

If you like going into backturned 1,2~b also goes into backturned and it's a 10 frame punish. It does 28dmg which is more than 4,1

7:23 nope. If you confirm that you block-hitted, you can immediatelly use bt b+1+2, which is considered a mid-parry, thus opponent's launch will wiff.

Why use her 4,1 punish (26 damage, +4 BT) when her 1,2~b punish is so much stronger (28 damage, +8 BT)? The range is not much better is it?
Depend on range i believe. 4,1 is double the distance so seems safer to use as main punish
