Altitude is the opposite of compression, air pressure goes down the higher you get (as there's less air column to "press down" on you). The little bag expands, as due to lower air pressure around it, the air inside the bag gets to spread out.
Anna is "clever" enough to fake her pics, but not intelligent enough to realise she can get fact-checked.

Having sleep apnea as a child can cause neurological problems that can impact learning, memory, personality, and increases your chances of dementia and Alzheimer's in life, including early onset dementia. It can also cause cognitive issues.
So, if it's true that she had sleep apnea since childhood, I do feel bad for her. Family of mine had sleep apnea during childhood, but they thought they woke up out of breath and screaming from nightmares, so neither they nor the family around them realized it was actually sleep apnea. It was made worse by nightmares and anxiety running in the family, and sleep apnea itself can cause nightmares due to it impacting sleep patterns. So, when they'd wake up they'd tell their parents they had a nightmare and nobody suspected anything until they were a late teen, when they got diagnosed.

Wow, it sucks you had to upload again. I had only a few minutes left to watch on your original video and thought l had gone bonkers when I couldn’t find it to finish watching. Thanks for taking the time to make it available again and boo on those who made you take it down. It’s happened with Ilona at chikara transformations too, so you are in good company at least.
Forgot to add: hyperbaric chambers had been used in wound healing, but I don’t know if this is exactly the same deal. I had several vertebrae exposed from a post surgical complication, so I was prescribed the chamber. The idea is the higher pressure increases blood flow to tissues, which in turn, should speed healing and promote healthy tissue growth. It didn’t do much for me, and I certainly never felt anything “moving in my body” afterwards. I think Anna is full of it, and I have never seen somebody make such a production out of having some liposuction.

      @@user-tm4my4jb6d-
Sleep apnea sounds very scary, breathing is rather fundamental. But it's actually comforting that the brain has ways to wake us up if we stop breathing.
I can have very vivid dreams but fortunately nothing dangerous. I have a G-rated brain apparently. Sometimes even cartoon dreams.
I am usually not an actor in my dreams but rather a director, whether or not it's obvious, and do have retakes when not satisfied with a scene. When I enter the dream as an actor, that means I am close to waking up. I told a psychologist friend about this and she said it seems I have naturally developed the ability to do "directed dreaming" or something like that, which is an actual therapeutic technique.
The worst is when I'm working on a translation or other problem in real life and try to solve it in the dream and have to keep reminding myself that my edits won't persist until I wake up and get to the computer. When I first learned how to use a Mac in a marathon session (since I needed to get back to work asap), I kept trying to close windows onscreen in dreams and failing until I finally woke up. That type of dream is kind of exhausting.
The worst ones have been when I have been skipping class all semester as either the student or teacher and then suddenly it's the end of the semester. But I curiously am not worried about it except after I wake up.
A friend said he had a recurring dream whenever he had a fever where he was working to solve a complicated mathematical equation. When he solved it, the fever broke.
On the darker side of dreaming, I had a roommate who would wake up from recurring dreams about someone trying to stab her with a knife....
My body just tries to wake me up when I need to pee. When somebody in the dream keeps trying to find a toilet or a stall that is free, I get the message eventually.

There really are serious problems to be solved about potential misuse of AI, but those issues have been with us since the dawn of photography. Especially as Photoshop and the video equivalent began to be used. Doctored videos to show people doing and saying what they didn't predate the AI craze. Likewise doctored other media such as tapes and such. We have not been able to believe our own eyes and ears for recordings and photos for a very long time, and that is a problem in many contexts. Eternal vigilance and all that.
The important thing is to have ways to tell if images and sounds have been altered and to cultivate skepticism in the general population. That's a separate issue from the use of the technology itself. It's becoming more and more of a challenge.

Popping in to comment what I commented on the original upload:
I noted that Anna did not say in that Threads post that she was actually diagnosed with sleep apnea as a child. She heavily implies it with her dream story.
I think this is just one more of her attemps to push a narrative. This time to shut up all the people that tell her that her sleep apnea would improve if she lost weight. ("No, guys! I already had it as a child! I am just destined to have it!")
It is true that non-obese people can have sleep apnea.
My father is one of them. My mother says that he started to snore and also stop breathing in between when he was still at a healthy weight and relatively young. "Relatively young" meaning in his 30s, not a child. (I don't remember the apnea - because I wasn't sleeping in their room - but I do remember the snoring.)
But for these people the condition also gets worse when their weight increases.
And there are a lot of people that develop it only as they gain weight. And those people have a good chance to improve the condition or even get rid of it altogether when they lose weight.
    But Anna is special...

My dad was thin and he developed sleep apnea sometime in his 50's (I think). I vividly remember because I used to sleep in the same room and I found it awful to hear him stop breathing. To the point I would wake up and poke him to roll over (I was like 9-10.) I pretty quickly figured out it got worse with alcohol. If he drank anything at all he would have apneas. Turns out what you eat and drink has an effect.

If the pod is meant to simulate higher altitudes wouldn’t it be doing the opposite of compression garments? Air pressure is lower at higher altitudes so it would be more like decompression right?
Also sleep apnea is associated with obesity and a BMI above a certain number is one of the signs we look for when creating a differential diagnosis.

The biggest giveaway that this isn't AI is that the hand looks good. From my experience DALL-E has a pretty bad time with hands. The thing is it would have been so easy for her to just use the prompts "realistic portraits of an angry fat woman pointing at viewer" and could have gotten a similar result and pretend the prompt was different. I’ll just say that the machine imitates an environment of altitude and therefore less pressure (that’s why legs swell on airplanes, or why water bottles gats squished when landing).
So it draws a lot of fluid to her vessel and then “squeezes” it back which causes urination. Idk about it “flushing out toxins”. Toxins is such a quack word that I hate.
But I guess there’s some merit in this treatment, like there is in most of the treatments she’s having. But it’s all “SOME” merit, covered by a layer of quack, and non addressing the true issue (obesity and uncontrolled eating).

I already knew the cup was empty with the way she was treating it (flailing it about in that happy transition) AFTER she "drank" it, but I just wanted to point that out.

I know nothing about AI or technology in general. So I copied you and followed all her prompts in Canva open ai and I didn’t get the same as her at all. I got smiley women in plaid shirts surrounded by leaves and pumpkins. I also googled if Canva AI could use that clip art image and it says “no, canvas AI can not use clip art images”. So how else would she have been able to make that thumbnail? I tried so many different ways and didn’t get anything similar once.

So glad I fell asleep listening to the first iteration of this video!! Dare I say this react is better the second time through?!?
Edited to say: twerking technically requires you to be on your toes but you don’t have to lift your feet up… you just have to have rhythm and groove and that’s not the same as bumping to the bass line which is all Anna actually knows how to do 🫤
The theme for today: EDITS! When treated (typically by diuretics) third-spacing (edema/tissue swelling) can cause increased volume and frequency of urination… it isn’t instant! Your liver still needs to filter the blood and the kidneys still need to filter the fluid that will eventually become urine. That’s Science with a silent “c” 🤗

📹 the whole AI thumbnail thing reminds me of when I was 11 and I traced over the Beatles Revolver album artwork and told everyone I drew it myself without tracing it lol.

When I was in junior high we were in a championship basketball game and I caught an elbow and cut my eye open at the corner of my eyebrow and it looked like my mascara was running from the bleachers and my dad about lost it. Mind you, I have never worn much makeup, and there was no way I would wear makeup in a game.

I leave my makeup on if I already have it on once I get to the gym. I've also done a face of it when I've used makeup and the gym to cheer me up. But my wipes with my towel while sweating definitely remove a lot of it and I'm itching to wash my face once I get home 😅

That skit where she is carrying a grown ass man on her shoulders still hunts me. I wonder if its related to her complaining about shoulders / need to have surgery in the upper body now 🤔🤔

I have sleep apnea. I have probably had it since my teen years. Neither I nor anyone else knew that I stopped breathing during the night. I just thought I was a snorer until I had a sleep study. Even if I wake up from stopping breathing, I don’t know that’s why I woke up. I think the mattress dream was telling her that her tendency to “lie down” and not work hard would follow her through life and eventually kill her. JK.
