I try to do this sequence every morning, while my tea is steeping. It loosens tension or stiffness left from sleeping and subtly uplifts my mood. It's a lovely way to start the day. Thank you for sharing this.
Thank you Biome, what a lovely way to start the day, especially to have a perfect cup of tea ready and waiting for you as you finish the practice. Thank you for taking the time to practice with me 😊 Lily
I have been working with this video for about a month now. The grass, yellow flowers, awesome house, meeting of the trees and sky, even your red pants, always make this an enjoyable session. Thank you so much for sharing ❤
That's wonderful Maria, I'm so glad you are gaining benefit with the practice and that it's helping you with feelings of wellbeing 🙏 Thank you for taking time to practice with me, Lily
Hi Logan, thank you for the enquiry. Tai Chi is an internal martial art where you are focussing the internal feeling and movement of energy. More traditional exercises as you list are focused on external energies and movements, which may be more appropriate in applications such as MMA, Kick Boxing etc. rather than internal focusses - here we are looking at toning and lubricating joints and building up tendons and ligaments ready for a gentler Tai Chi practice. I hope this is helpful. 🙏 Lily
