We didnt deserve Betty White. She was so sweet. RIP you Golden Girl.
Nature’s first green is gold,
Her hardest hue to hold.
Her early leaf’s a flower;
But only so an hour.
Then leaf subsides to leaf.
So Eden sank to grief,
So dawn goes down to day.
Nothing gold can stay.
(Robert Frost)
The Golden Girls will forever leave a light on in our hearts that will never go out. I think we can all be exited to grow old with the best of friends and live life to the fullest.
Rose giving up Mr Peepers reminds me of saying goodbye to my childhood cats..I’ll miss them but I know there safe and happy in the giant sky kingdom..
