Is there a more beautiful love song than "Here, There And Everywhere"?
It captures the feeling of romance and love like nothing else in less than 3 minutes. How did Lennon/McCartney manage to do that time and time again?
We could call it "one of our favourite Beatles songs ever", but we have probably said this about every Beatles cover we ever posted. But it's true ;-)
Whenever we start working on a new Beatles track we can't help but appreciate their music on an even deeper level.
We now share our take on it with you and hope it will add some joy to your day.

Paul McCartney said recently in an interview that this is probably his favourite song that he wrote. As a die hard Beatles fan, I don’t always appreciate cover versions of their songs but this is absolutely beautiful. The harmonies are just so clever.
What a wonderful version of this classic song. Just perfect, i would say it is the best version of the song that i have heard. Bravo
he also said its one of the few times John complemented him. "you wrote a good one there"

These twin vocalists have an amazing talent for lifting my moods. Their voices are healing to my soul. And their interpretation of classics is delightful.
These Ladies are a class act. Every song they sing shows respect for the music. They are children of the 60s and 70s.

I would agree with that. There is unbelievable talent in this family. People have forgetting the Magic of Beatles Music. It would appear that the four of them had huge talent which is why Ringo became their drummer. I have forgotten much of this music, We are locked down at the moment it’s so nice to be able to watch this . Thank god for TH-cam.

This is simply stunningly beautiful. Both lead vocal and harmonies are perfect. That is a challenging and difficult song to take on, but i think this is as close to perfection, as it`s possible to get

Mona & Lisa are the only ones who cover Beatle songs and record them just as the Beatles did. Note for note. No added harmony, no added guitar riff, no silver saxophones. Note for note, and that ain't easy, yet they give each song an originality with their playing.

I have never come across a new interpretation that I could say is on a par with the original. They have achieved a terrific feat in every respect. Your choral singing and instrumental accompaniment make this song shine in a new light. I expect Paul McCartney to congratulate you personally on this presentation. Through your performance, you also let today's young generation benefit from the legacy of the pop icons of the 60s. Their musical talent is unique and should continue to be nurtured. I hope you both don't let this unique talent wither away. Music is the only way to reconcile and unite people across all borders. With your talent, you can also make a valuable contribution to understanding between different people, races and generations in this regard. I am looking forward to your new publications.

My Father taught me this song when I was 7 or 8 years old and we played it together on guitar. We performed in the Houston Guitar Society meetings in the 70'S. I cried tears. You guys did an awesome job!

@@julihuman I find it a little jarring. They are both so pretty and feminine it just seems strange for them to be singing about another girl.. I'm a man so maybe that's why I feel that way. How do you feel about a guy singing about another guy? I think MonaLisa Twins changed the gender on "This may be the last time". which is one of my favorites of theirs.
Great job. I know that you are purists, however, on songs like this, being that you are both pretty girls, it seems that you should change the gender to fit your circumstances. i.e. "running my hands through HIS hair"... "if HE'S beside me ...." similarly : "When I saw HIM Standing there."

It seems like you'd be uncomfortable with the concept that a pretty girl could be singing about another girl, so I think song covers that don't conform to heterosexuality norms are kinda doing a cool thing in opening up people's expectations.

This song is probably the closest to my heart.. takes me back to when i was 10 years old and had just received my first Beatles album (Revolver).. it was Springtime and school was almost out..flower scented breezes..chasing girls etc..The MonaLisa Twins have NAILED it..so beautiful.

Wow, i,m one of the older generation who remembers this being released. No better time in music history and music has never been as great or fear ever will again. I was lucky to have been a teenager during the 60,s. Kids now have no idea what real music even was or is. Well done girls, no effects , no flashing lights. Great vocals and musicianship with a classy stile. You capture the spirit of the originals in a fresh way.Not very many can pull that of.

Amazing how much great music the Beatles did under the guise of rock-n-roll. They got us hooked on the first couple of albums then out came all this timeless music. Also, you've had John Sebastian with you. How long until Paul realizes he needs to do a session with you?
What amazes me about The Beatles, is the fact that, all the fantastic music they made, songs that will last forever, was done in only 7 years, absolutely amazing isn't it!

You two took me back to 1966 when the Beatles were magic and I was a very shy vulnerable at the age of thirteen. You made my eyes water in a loving way. All those mixed good/sad feelings, trying to get a girl to know me. It happened a lot of times. That's a part of life that one goes through only once. This song has always made me feel soft and gooey inside, from being an awkward teen in the early 1970s to a retired professional now. Yet the Mona Lisa Twins, as they have with so many of their covers and originals (don't forget how good the originals are!) have, with their version of this wistful song, made me more softer and gooier than ever! Am I the only very old guy who tears up a little watching these remarkable young women? If like me you're an OBF (Original Beatle Fan) you know there's literally some kind of indefinable magic, some kind of spiritual core inside Beatles music. Lots of acts do pleasant or fun versions of Beatle songs but these girls GET IT. The Beatles are in their DNA, way deep down. HOW THE F IS THAT POSSIBLE 56 YEARS LATER?

I have the whole set of Beatles albums, books, and have seen them LIVE back in 1966 at Dodgers stadium but you have done a fabulous job keeping true to the legacy of their music.
