I first saw them when their Enter Sandman video went viral. I didn’t find them on my own. It was a whole bunch of friends that bombarded my FB page with that link to the video. I said it then and I’m glad that it has turn into reality, “These you ladies if they keep going the same direction that they are now, they will be big.” I lost track of them and then suddenly a cover of Atlas, Rise got on my TH-cam feed. I was in AWE that a three piece band could sound so close to the real thing. I did not know I was seeing the same three little girls of two years before or three. I search to see who they were and Bam! It was those same three little girls from Enter Sandman. I tried to soak up as much of their material for days and weeks. I was so glad to see and hear that they kept pushing forward in the same direction and they were making it. My wife asked me once, “Why do you like them so much?” Without thinking about it while I was driving I said many of the same things the three of you said in this review. First of all, the talent. They kick ass in their respective instrument and can sing and harmonize like it’s just breathing for them. Second, they are beautiful young ladies but they don’t use that to sell their music. They could be out there like all the other pop-new-flavor-of-the-day girl singers. Showing their bodies and how hot they are instead of the music. Their selling point is the MUSIC! Third, I see them as sisters of rock, or they could be my daughters jamming up there. I have nothing but he utmost respect for them. And fourth and not the least, THEIR MUSIC ROCKS!!! I had tickets to see them twice in Dallas. First, when they were on their own and the second time with Halestorm. I had to give my ticket away with a broken heart because I was working and couldn’t make it into town on time. I will see them one of these days. I’m pretty sure the next time they tour, they will be headlining. 🤘ROCK ON BRUTHAS🤘

The reason we want them to win: they're genuine. No gimmicks. All of their music is authentic that comes from their hearts and their minds and experiences. Power, nuance, musicianship, passion.

The Warning are vicious and in your face Rock n Roll. Their words have meaning especially for our times and their musicianship is second to none. They love what they do and that energy they give us is given back in return! I'm 66 years old and it's been a very long time since a band has grabbed me and held me like they have! Every song is a masterpiece|

I am 66 years old and I absolutely love The Warning. I love the fact that they are sisters, but what I love the most is their sound. It's fresh, melodic and in your face! Their lyrics are mature beyond their age and their lyrics have meaning! These ladies are masters of their instruments and they know how to make each one of their sounds stand out. None of them are better than the other because all 3 of them are the stars of their group. From watching many many interviews I find that they have a great sense of humor, they are humble and as a 66 year old I feel like I am part of their family because that is how they make you feel. Just my humble opinion on The Warning.

I’m in total agreement with you. Good sir I’ll be 65 soon and then I love these girls. They reawakened my love for music along with the pretty reckless and Halestorm with Lzzy Hale I’ve been in the business for over 20 years now as a Stage and I’m from the Memphis area home with three kings Elvis BBQ and Jerry Lawler. Ha ha but man I’m down with you in the morning is something extremely special I see their future and I have to wear sunglasses. It’s so bright.

I have watched hundreds of The Warning reactions. That comes with being part of The Warning Army. I have to say gentlemen, you hit this one out of the park! Every comment you made was spot on. Michael, you got it exactly right. We all feel like they are our daughters, our sisters, our granddaughters. When they perform, it's like they are playing just for you. They are the entire package. They're not trying to be beautiful. They just happen to be beautiful. I have been to hundreds of concerts. The Warning are in my top 10. If you have not seen them live, you have to. It's an experience, not a concert. The crowds are a mixture of families with little girls, young adults. But mostly old rockers like us, looking to reignite our passion for music. And The Warning delivers. No cursing. No sexy outfits. No over the top makeup. Just pure kick ass rock n roll, straight from their souls. Something we ALL need right now.

I think that "one quality" you guys keep talking about is "Joy". When you see these young ladies playing the joy is written all over their faces. You can tell that they are loving every single second. That joy is contagious and the fans feel it. If you've not seen Band-Maid, they are another band that gives that same vibe. Band-Maid is an all-female band out of Japan.

" You're my maker but you're not my master " That's one clue to what this is all about , My interpretation is that this is AI talking to it's creator , mankind .The binary code that the girls are singing translates to the word " FREE " .Scientists using things like quantum mechanics on these cyborg terminator beings that are so powerful that they have now developed their own consciousness and have the ability to think for themseleves , and the girls i think are highlighting the dangers of this , to the possible destruction of mankind itself , great indepth reaction guys , thanks , enjoyed .

"A man working with his hands is a labourer, a man working with his hands and brain is a craftsman, a man working with his hands, brain and heart is an artist" - Marco Pierre White. These girls are true artists! That is why we feel the passion from them, for them. Guys, I am your age and I have never been a fan of anything - until I became aware of The Warning 4,5 years ago. I can't believe I just spent 47 minutes listening to three guys telling me why I love this band! Thank you for putting it forward. This recording could well become part of the explanation of why they became so huge when looking back in some decades. I hope. Thank you!

I’ll put simple; the only band that I never have to skip a song, does it tell you something?, it could just be me, but that’s the truth and I bet I’m not the only one here.
Note aside: unique band that I’ve seen reactors of the 7 continents and from 5 years old (heck yeah) to 70+ years old also reacting (and enjoying) to The Warning. So again, what does it tell you that? (Question to all).

I saw them on May 6 (edit: 7th) in Reading. Everyone says they are even better in concert so I was fully aware of what I was getting into. I wasn't because they are better than that.
I've been to a lot of concerts, some acts I've even seen a couple of times. But I'll see these girls every chance I can get.

Speaking of dark lyrics, The Warning's second lp, Queen of the Murder Scene, is what they call a rock novel, is about unrequited love, stalking, murder, and descent into madness. I would suggest the live performance at Lunario CDMX. You can watch each song separately.

I really like the way Lzzy Hale recently put it:
It was an incredible tour. I have to tell you, for anybody that has not seen The Warning live yet, that is the place we need to see them. They are fierce. They are vicious. They attack an audience in a way that I haven't seen any young band do that, I mean, in years. I mean, you saw it every night, right? So I decided early on the tour I was going to get the lead guitar player a real guitar. [laughs] So what you didn't see on the screens, though . . . she thought without that performance that she was just borrowing one of my guitars. So I stayed to the end of the set, and we're out there, and she said, "Oh, thank you so much for letting me play your guitar." And I'm like, "Oh, no, that's yours." And she said, "What?!?" [laughs] It was a beautiful moment, It's great. It's like, it's just . . . it's paying it forward, man. It's like, there were some people that did that for me back in the day, I can't even remember the last time that, like, I remember being inspired by someone that young and that talented and that hungry. And so, it was just . . . it was a beautiful moment.

Fans (especially the guys) are protective of them because they are really three of the nicest young ladies. Yes, people treat them like sisters, daughters, or granddaughters. When they were on tour, they took the fans along. They never acted like rock stars, it was just life on a tour bus...eating Hot Pockets and trying to get some rest between shows. When they meet up with established rockers, the are giddy with excitement, just like everyone else. They have practiced for years to develop their skills and people respect them for that.

    What a great reaction video.
It really sums up a lot of truth.
As an older guy (51) I grew up with the rock and metal acts like Priest, ACDC, Iron Maiden, Ozzy, Metallica... I'm listening a lot of music, even new music, but I never became a true fan of any new band. They all can play and all but they are missing something.
I'm still only visiting the old bands' gigs, like Judas Priest last month. And then I discovered TW over 4 years ago and they blew my mind.
And when you see them live it's just another lever of WOAH! When you leave their gig you think what train just hit you.
In 2019 me, my wife and then 13 year old daughter flew over to Mexico from Germany to see them play three gigs in the cities in three days. That was just magic. The energy they provide is just not to describe.
    Thanks for the great video.
PS: One thing why many feel like family is they are Patreons for a long time and we all are treated by them like family. Somehow we walked a long way together and are proud of them and you want them to succeed. Ale is at my daughters age and that's the way many other look at them: as their daughters.

I saw a clip of the making of this MV. They shot on their recent tour on day, suspected to be free, and they were already very tired because of the huge amount of gigs they had already. But they sacrificied the needed break for something, that has to be done. That put a special light on their working ethic, as you can also see in how they handle the demands of their manager, who always wants to take shots of their soundschecks to bring it to their fans. They hate it all, but they, its useful to please their fans, whom they approach totally grateful. I think, they are very special in nearly all, what they do.

Great reaction video. Three hep-cats trying to figure out what makes The Warning great . . . and there's a whole lot of reasons why, plus something intangible. I guess The Warning are more than the sum of their parts.
Really cool that Michael got to see them live, and that they rocked. There is always the fear that a band that rocks on the radio or on video will disappoint live. It sounds like The Warning delivers the goods. The story of Dany on the floor is just awesome. (And FWIW I don't feel it's disrespectful to use diminutives, if they're used by the people themselves.)
The song's great. Very challenging lyrics, "Freedom of choice that kills the mind." Isn't freedom to choose a fundamental freedom? Gotta be good right? Or, and this pure speculation on my part, is 'Error'' like 'Disciple' being sang from the POV of the bad guy? And if so is the bad guy an addiction to social media, or a rouge AI? FWIW I do get a kinda cyberpunk vibe from the song. But like you guys say, great art is open to many interpretations.
Thanks for doing the video, very glad you're enjoying The Warning.

Most artists will fold to criticism and apologize even if right. The Warning responded to criticism from their own home. Many in México criticized The Warning for singing in English and not Spanish. They considered them traitors. Instead of apologizing they responded with a song in Spanish called Narcisista. When translated to English it doesn't translate the same. In Spanish there's innuendos that pretty much says FU. The Warning gave their critics the middle finger. That takes guts. When I first heard the song I thought oh man somebody in México doesn't like them. They were called malinchista which is pretty bad. Malinchista is someone that turns their back on their own country. Sells them out.

You guys are on point on pretty much everything these gals stand for and are working toward!👍 When I first saw this music vid with the retro graphics on the green background, the first thing I thought of was one of the first music videos on MTV by Dire Straits.. Money for Nothing!😁 Back then that was the ultimate in high tech along with the blocky characters that looked like they were straight out of Minecraft.🤣 The effects on this video, I believe is once again, a nod to the rock idols that fueled their unique style. You can hear bits and piece of it in everything they do, from Dany's sometimes 'Gilmouresque' solos to Pau's hard-hitting Jon Bonham style drumming. But they make it all theirs with unique twists and catchy lyrics (in this case, fighting against the AI that's trying to take over humanity) Like many others here, there's not a song they've written that I DON'T like, and that's a first for me, since I also grew up in the 60's and 70's, and have heard the best and worst the music machine had to offer. The comment about driving in a similar direction but with different personalities is spot on, and another reactor, David Heretic (maybe you've seen him), compares Ale's style to Gene Simmons of KISS.. he even fondly calls her Little Gene!🤣 With her playing style and the on-stage 'lurking' while playing, it's eerily similar to the way Gene did back in the day.😎 Really enjoyed your commentary, and I saw bits and pieces of that show in Brooklyn where Dany stepped out on the floor during the solo, and the crowd just opened right up for her! It was epic! These gals are headed for the stars and I'm glad to have been a part of supporting them for the last 5 years or so!😍👍

The concert footage is from the second night at The Troubadour in LA. If you look closely about 14 seconds into the video they are taking a bow on stage like they always do at the end of their show. Between Dany and Pau is Alessia Cara who performed "Enter Sandman" with them for the first time in public that night. They recorded the green screen stuff the next day which was a day off they had between the LA shows and the show in Santa Ana. BTW, in case no one else tells you, the binary code they sing translates to "free".

Actually 17, 20, 22. Their build ups, tempo changes, and drop outs are constructed so well. Notice the riff during the bridge mimics the binary code from the chorus.
My take on them is music and performing are in their DNA. Add to that they are sisters and, as Daniela has said in interviews, the are best friends. They are also close to their parents and manager, Rudy Joffroy.
They work hard. Jason Flom of Lava Records refers to them as workaholics. And on stage they have a self-described sibling telepathy. They can look at oneanother and know what the others are going to do.
They are all still living at home together, which is endearing to me.
Above all else, they are genuine. They don't put on some fake personal or act like like rock stars. The music and success doesn't define them. They define their music.

Hy friends. You want to hear more ballads? continue with Paulina’s songs, and your mind would be blown. On the same album she sings three songs, and I’m gonna be honest, passed 74 and almost fell of my couch with tears rolling on my cheeks like waterfall. And believe me, I’m not alone who feel the same way. Revenant: I’m warning you guys do not try to listen that song without a box of tissues. Smart? You bet! Hart wrenching? It is! But that is not all I want to say. And I know I’m not alone with this. Paulina! The hearth, engine, with turbo charged, and just in one second she can change even 100 thousands of hard rockers to weeping kids! Thank you guys for all the good things in your analyzing about them. The Warning did not start recently, they already have more than 10 years of intense and passionate work. You guys have earned a subscriber. Thank you for your passion for The Warning. The world deserves to know and admire DPA.

Once you get that the voice speaking is an AI harassing a human or humanity as a whole, taunting us, lots of interesting lines that can be picked apart and analyzed from that point of view. They (Paulina for these lyrics?) have a great deal of insight into complicated topics that no one else in Rock or Pop music can even touch.. That still gives lots and lots of room for interpretation. The lyrics are open ended and allow people to bring their own thoughts. BUT, they are still about something and just saying "they can mean anything" is really not the way to go. It's not like they are reading random words out of a dictionary. But, don't take me wrong, you guys are the best. Clearly you've put solid thought into what makes this band the most compelling band on the planet. Much of it is knowing that offstage they are the nicest people you could ever meet and damn smart too. There are many things going on aside from just incredible songwriting, and I'm also still working out just what it all is. Now I'm going back to listen again to your stimulating three way essay, and probably have more comments to bore you with.

I just love the video when Lzzy Hale came out on stage a gave Dany one of her custom Gibson Explorers. I got all teary eyed. After their set Dany thanks her for letting her play her guitar and Lzzy said “ No, it’s your guitar “

I had the good fortune to be at the Troubadour the night the live footage in this video was shot. I was on the side of the stage to Paulina’s left where I could watch her footwork. I was mesmerized at how busy her tiny stockings only feet were all night!
She’s a second front woman who just happens to be in the back!

Hey guy! Love your content! Now here's my two cents as a self described Warning Mega-Fan:
About the song: As the ladies have said, this is about Artificial Intelligence, and if you read the lyrics like they are coming from a Self-Aware AI Computer, they make scary sense. It is a cautionary tale of AI. "Perfect Programmed Disaster", "Sacrifices are made to be perfect", "You're my maker, but you're not my master"... Brilliant Lyrics... and BTW, the 011001... at the beginning spells "free" in ASCII Binary. ;)
Your interpretation of the song more fits their song Disciple, but I totally get your thought process. Also, the ladies often say that their music is up to the interpretation of the listener.
About the band: What I noticed right away, the first video I saw of them, which was their 2017 TEDx, is that they are FEARLESS! When they play there is NO EGO on that stage, just passion and positive energy! You are right, they are not playing anything crazy difficult, but what they are playing is perfect in each part, and together is magic. I almost equate them to an elite athlete. Like an all time great, maybe the GOAT football wide receiver, Jerry Rice. Fellow players said about him that he didn't do anything special or run different routes than other receivers, he just did them better than anyone else. And that is how I feel about The Warning. They play great music, no excuses, honestly, never with hate or malice, but with attitude and energy! They knock you over with a WALL of sound that, like you said, is undeniable! They are super charismatic, genuine, no ego, and love and gratefulness for their fans! I think a big factor that sets them above all other bands is they all play their parts trying to make their other sisters look good. They support each other so much that they don't want to let their sisters down, and lift each other up. And lets face it, they are three beautiful young ladies that are also masters and savages on their instruments, and all three sing like angels. They just have IT .. I personally cannot wait for next month to see them for the third time this year!
Keep up the content... More great songs from this album!

Their work ethic and attention to detail is incredible. They have a huge mirror in their basement where they practice, like a dance studio, so they can see how they look playing and work on their stage presence.
A few months ago Dany did a live stream on Patreon where she spent nearly an hour just working out her moves and stage positioning for the tour…how far she could move before she needed to get back to the mic, things she could do to make a part more visually interesting. They are meticulous in their preparation, especially given how young they are, and it shows.

I believe their intent was to point out the dangers of A I. The hardest thing about watching The Warning live is deciding which sister to watch, since each one is entertaining in her own way. Dany has a knack for making direct eye contact with the audience in such a way that you feel like she’s singing directly to you. Enjoyed your review! 👍😎

You know, I love rock and heavy metal from 80's. Old enough to listen. I had never heard of the warning until my daughter asked me to buy a couple of tickets for Monterrey Pabellón concert last year(2023). Unfortunately it did not make click on me since a couple of months ago where by accident, found a reaction.
I am from Monterrey, their born city but you know, radio stations here did not play their music. It makes me feel bad and sorry because this is a great band and they are from here. Last week I asked to a local radio(which claims to play rock) station to play songs of them and they replied to me after several request that they do not play The Warning. Why??? Never told me. That is , maybe, the ladies created the song Narcista because the rock is popular but no so much here and they faced some opposition....

Guys, your 47 minutes review to a 4 minute song deserves a big thank you, I enjoyed to watch! I don’t need a 4 minutes guitar solo, I need just 4 or 5 typical Warning chords, their build-up of the songs, great choruses, melodies and their smart lyrics… here about A.I.! Love them! Thanks guys, greetings from Germany 👍⚡️🤘

I understand that it wasn't meant as a diss when it was mentioned they play 3 notes. But creating those 3 notes that sound good together within the context of an entire song is where the art is. It's what separates a basement musician that can shred 100 notes per second and The Beatles. The girls have shown that they can be as technical as the most Snarky Puppyish musician's wet dream. But music isn't always about showing off.

I have been watching The Warning since 2014 when they played their first version of "Enter Sandman". I finally got to see them live in Dallas, TX in May 2022. They were so fantastic! Great reaction/ The IT factor is the creative out put. Mechanical play can be copied BUT to creatively put it all together from start to finish. Then do it time and time again is a totally different league . This song I think is a conversation between man and A.I.

I disagree with a part of the voiced analysis. It was stated generally that it's not necessarily the music itself but how it's sold. I will simply counter that, if the product (music) is sub-par, no matter how hard you try, you can't sell it. So, it IS the music with The Warning. When it comes down to it, each element of the music and the music as a whole for each song is so outstanding, it sells itself. This opinion is humbly coming from a decades-long (now-retired) professional performing/recording drummer/musician.

Love the warning 🤘 I think all of us who are fans of The Warning are protectors, because we have seen them grow up as daughters, nieces, granddaughters and friends. because they never speak with a total insult respect for the fans integrity that is why they have fans of all ages it is incredible and nobody wants to be an example of someone but they are because they address and act not like rock stars but like normal people , who have opened the doors of their lives to us in such a simple way, that's why we protect them. The song about artificial intelligenci.

Subbing after this video. And I never intended to watch the whole 47 minutes, but I did. These girls are the *masters of the hook.* I don't know if they were taught that or figured it out early or what, but they are expert at it. And they do sell every song. Every song, every time. I've seen them 4 times in person and I am in this video in the crowd shots, and they give it 100% all the time. I wish them all of the success in the world.

The Warning Army is a WORLD WIDE network of protective Aunt's and Uncle's so, yeah, protective is the word! Speaking id Kiss, I'm NOT a Kiss fan but, as fellow reactor David Heretic calls her "Little Gene" cause she does remind me of classic early Gene Simmons stage prescience with the lurking and skulking, the beep bends and high steps, she's just fun to watch, and not in some perverted way!

You observed the same thing I’ve been saying for a while. I suspect their fan base is older (and I’m much older than you), because they have given us back a type of music that you can only get with covers and on oldie’s radio. They remind me of Rush as far as a power trio. I’ve never heard anything they have done that I didn’t like. They have produced an incredible portfolio of original music at such young ages.

The Warning have said, even back in the Queen of the Murder Scene album, that they love hearing other interpretations of their songs. I think that is how Pau starts a song and is fleshed out with her sisters, that they keep the lyrics open to interpretation, even though it may have come from a specific place in their hearts and minds.
