Guess is not hard at all to see, if you are using it every week. Shirt did not interfered at all. Movements are so beautifully performed that is perfectly easy to follow.

Thanks for the workout! I am so excited to get back into this. I have an AeroPilates reformer. It had 2 red, 2 black and 1 yellow. What do your colors correspond with tension wise? Heavy, medium, light...it will help me know what to do so I can follow along. Thanks so much!
Hi Rachel! I'm not familiar with those springs. On the Allegro 2, the red is the heaviest, then it's the blue (a half spring), and then yellow is super light. Hope that help!
Marilyn Castellana if the Allegro 2 is too much money check out aeropilates! I absolutely love mine! Mine was about $700 but I just seen one with 4 cords on HSN for $399 and you can make payments with no interest!
I wanna sign up at the studio but so expensive I don't mind investing but I still don't see how these alome can transform your body, does one need to also go to regular gym and lift weights to build muscle tone, lift the butt (my main problem) and get a 6 pack?
Hi! Thanks for commenting :) Pilates will 100% tone your muscles and lift the butt! These exercises may seem easy when looking at them, but they demand a lot of muscle control and activation. I'm often sore the next day from a challenging Pilates workout. With the reformer machine, you work with resistance weight, making it an ideal low-impact muscle toning workout! As far as the 6 pack, it's important to work the deepest abdominal layer (the Transverse Abdominis) for optimal body strength and function (deep core exercises), and add some flexion exercises with that to target the Rectus Abdominis and you have the best 6 pack workout ever! If you want to get a lot more muscle bulk, then I do suggest adding in some weight training. Pilates is all about lengthening the muscles at the same time that you're strengthening them, to keep the body flexible. Hope that helps :)
Like any exercise it’s about how often and consistent your exercise is. Pilates is not a weight loss program and I suggest combined cardio with any resistance style of exercise. Pilates does work on recruiting muscles in the deeper layers thus you will notice increased strength, posture flexibility and tone
