The power ups are broken but i liked that. It was just fan service and i have enjoyed every minute of it. They just wanted to show our characters togheter. It was more like a tribute and we must see it like that.

Baki lived in a shack by himself growing up not rich. He won against his dad who stopped a literal earthquake by punching the ground. I know you may be an Oma fan but having read and watched both series it incredibly obvious that while both are unrealistic in strength Baki characters are much farther into the gag character strength level of unrealistic than kengan characters

But baki wasn't some rich kid in fact he didn't really have any money and his house was genuinely a run down shack. In kengan looking at the powerscale of characters they're strong and it tries to give scientific explanations but baki is literally just them making them gag characters by giving them ridiculous strength feats. Pickle literally fought and killied Dinosaurs but baki could fight with him basically toe to toe. I don't think ohma has the strength to manipulate the planet into stopping tectonic movement. I love both series, a lot and I appreciate them. They're both good for different reasons.

Ohma won firstly he got up first if you watch closely and also he was ready to continue fighting and would have thought till the death using omega mode, were as baki was more already finished his used everything in his arsenal. Ohma still had his trunk card...

The outcome depends honestly on which version of ohma you choose. i mean, baki fan boys can cry about it all they want, but Ohma in kengan Omega plus a possesing spirit with a release rate of 100% is incredibly hard to beat, plus Ohma hasnt just mastered the niko style but many of the kure techniques too. The Baki series was never based around techniques even though there are a couple its not even comparable to kengan verse its mostly about brute force. To beat Ohma with just a handfull of techniques, speed and force while he has the removal and all his techniques on his side would be delousinal at least to think that it would be one sided. Ohma has shown that he can take punches against raian and kuroki and the manga shows that he has immense power, so i dont think baki is outclassing him absolutely in any discipline. Possesing spirit and his base stats alone are very high, so it would be a very though fight ( and yes, i have read both mangas to the very end and now pretty much about all of the characters). Baki verse is not that much about the kengan verse baki fans would like to think, since the Mengan Omega, so the outcome of this fight would actually really be interesting and fun to watch.

In Hanma Baki series, Baki decides that the only way for him to get stronger is to send himself to the same prison that Biscuit Oliva is contained in, and fight him. To do so, Baki kidnapped the US President under heavy security just to request to be sent to The Arizona Prison to fight Oliva. To get Oliva's attention, Baki escaped the most secure prison by dodging bullets and defeating the prison guards in a split second. Even when he was cornered by 5 guards holding M-16's, Baki was able to take the buttons off their uniform and crack the glasses of the Director. Hence, he was able to reverse the situation by taking them hostage even though they have guns. Baki was eventually able to fight Oliva and he kicked him so hard that Oliva was sent flying. Baki was also able to stand up and kick Oliva after being slammed into concrete walls and falling from the top floor of the prison. He was able to knock out Oliva by utilizing the 0.5 second when Oliva was getting ready to move. Baki manages to succeed over Oliva in a bout of pure strength, by a brawl of fists until Oliva loses.

No one else is saying it so I am, that whole hour special episode was genuine trash. Nerfed characters, terrible pacing, low quality fight scenes. Yeah no thanks. I’d be fine with characters being nerfed if they just made the fights longer and made the quality of them better instead of whatever that crap was. Baki had really cool fight scenes and kengan ashura had really cool fight scenes. The special looks like a freshman to college made a project for their first class in animation. This has to be the lowest budget Netflix special that has ever graced the market in anime
