Or, maybe you felt it difficult to follow? That has been my issue. The subtitles go too fast and I am not able to keep up with the speaking in Spanish & CC English on the screen.

El stack no se rompe, si lo tocas sin darle tanta caña, normal como cualquier china sin darle a morir, ese stack de Luke lo tengo desde 2017, por ahora no se me ha roto, y le doy bastante. Sino, para asegurarte que no se rompa, puedes darlo vuelta y poner el splash encima del Trash Crash, y quedaría como un stack "normal", la sonoridad es diferente claro, pero sigue sonando bien y evitas que se te rompa

I have transcribed over 100 of Luke's covers, originals etc. and the knowledge I gained from his work is unbelievable. Luke is by far my favorite drummer and nobody will probably ever take his place in my heart. His playing contains so many amazing concepts, ideas and never fails to amaze me. Besides, his of rudiments and his dynamics are second to none and he plays so cleanly I could eat off his playing. I love this man and he has taught me more than any teacher and any book!

Ya te lo dije en otra ocasión: estos vídeos son la hostia porque enseñas lo que está ocurriendo y no te limitas a decir lo bueno, rápido y cojonudo que es el baterista en cuestión. Te animo a que sigas subiendo CONTENIDO, así, con mayúsculas, porque realmente hay mucho contenido en estos vídeos.
Por otra parte, creo que una cover de Holland sería la polla, me parece que los dos tenéis un estilo parecido (con vuestras diferencias, claro), los dos sois rápidos, técnicos y tenéis un kit sencillo pero al que le sacáis todo el jugo.

When El Estapario started Luke was already one of the best youtube drummers and an inspiration. El Estapario is now probably the most popular drummer on all social media and it's great that he never forgot Luke and now he is able to help him.
Most of the times the internet it's not great on choosing people for success. Well not this time. This sucesss was so well deserved, we saw you grow up and fight since the days people didn't believe in your speed and you needed a clock for proof. I never loved drums but I'm here following you. Im so happy that Spanish is my first language because his clever names for the stack cymbal thing had me laughing out loud.
I don't speak Spanish at all and the names absolutely got me too - I had to pause at some point laughing because he called it the "godslayer", if the captions were right!
I am so glad it was in Spanish I understood not a word(the subtitles were perfect) but your personality seemed to come out easier, awesome stuff.

Totally agree! The only thing El Estepario forgot to say at the very end of the commentary was….”Gggggggggooooooooaaaaaaallllllllll!” As others have pointed out, he just picks up on the little nuances that others either take for granted or fail to notice. Love this guy.

From 20 years of obsessing over drumming/drummers with a strong admiration for the elitest, I have come to terms that both you and Luke are my favourite drummers on planet earth and for very different reasons.
What luke has that I fail to see in others is his creativity, how he gets from A - B. His technique cross bred with a bottomless pit of creativity has always just blown. My. Fucking. Mind.
He gets hate for stick tricks and not focusing on Metal and all of the sub genres within
1. Have the haters ever tried to flip sticks with such grace all while performing to a high standard and complexity? It ain't no joke
2. No musician should ever stay within one lane of genre. I'll open and honestly admit Ive listened to his rendition of: Baby - Justin Bieber 1000 time, it's mesmerising.

So... two years ago I decided to become a drummer. Been practicing every single day since... I discovered my love if drumming late in life (37). I have made a Ton of progress (usually people are shocked when they find out I stared two years ago). That being said they don't know how much I practice. I still have a really long way to go and an overwhelming ammount to learn.
THE QUESTION
I noticed a difference when I play something vs a pro plays the same exact thing. All the notes are the same but the pro grooves more. Will that get better with time? Any advice? I really am a big fan and you are a massive inspiration.
you can “bend” the beat as in play slightly behind or ahead of the beat depending on the situation. Some players add a little swing but not to the point it straight up sounds swing.

Im learning this song from the sheet music at the minute. It's horrible as it's so hard but so amazing to be playing as it's incredible. I can only play the parts at three quarters' speed so far as it's just too fast for me at the minute. 3 quarters is bad enough. Luke is some player as he makes it look easy when it really isnt.
