  • In this video we show you a unique way to organize an RV basement storage area. Whether you have a large storage area or a small one, this video will give you some great tips and ideas to help you get organized. We used D rings and bungie cords to enable us to stack up our folding camping chairs along the wall. We also used these to secure the folding sink/table against the opposite wall. This basement storage project takes place in our Alliance Paradigm 390MP. It has a 36" tall basement storage compartment and we didn't want to add shelving or pull out drawers and shrink the space.

      Thank you friend! Still playing around with where everything will go. The straps are working out great though. As I’m sure you know, first and foremost, it has to be functional. If it’s a pain in the neck to load and unload stuff then I usually will revert to just piling it in there. 🤣 Thanks for sharing with us!

I have recently gotten a subscription to a music service that allows me to use certain artists music, license free, in my videos. Thank you for your question. I will start leaving song and artist info in the description of future videos in case people want to know the song and support the artist. Great call out.

    Nice Video! we had a pull out sliding organizer in our last RV and it just took up way to much space. Glad y'all didn't go that direction. We love all the space and storage in our Alliance. We've got the 370FB so we have a little bit larger area but i'm super jealous of the "Drink Station" Keep up the great videos.

    I cant wait until I get mine in December. I am almost OCD when it comes to storage space.
    For the fishing poles you can get pre made sishing pole holders that hold them snug without messing up your fishing line and I think you can order for 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 poles. You may have to face half in one direction and the other have in the other direction.
    Anyway, great ideas.
    6'5? I would have never guessed that.
    Greetings from Perú.

    Great idea! I'm guessing you'll need different screws if you fasten the D rings to the aluminum cross members. We also have a Paradigm and basement storage is one of my spring projects...

    • @RCRVadventures
      @RCRVadventures  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thank you! I actually was able to use the same screws in the aluminum. I just predrilled the hole first. They are very secure. The Paradigms are great for their basement storage size. So many possibilities. Thanks for watching.

    Hi Matt, I smiled as I saw a new video of yours, and as always: Well done 👍
    And I guess for every RV-owner a very interesting and helpful video.
    One question:
    You did "name" the first episodes on your channel with a title like "Episode 1" and so on. Why did you give up these titles? Did this happen by "accident" or on purpose?
    Philipp 👋🏻

    • @RCRVadventures
      @RCRVadventures  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Thank you Philipp! That’s a great question. The answer is a little of both. I started numbering the episodes in the beginning only because that’s what I saw other channels do. I am constantly studying and researching how to grow a channel. One of the things I’ve discovered is that you have to put out searchable content like how-to videos. As I am now sprinkling those in between our travel videos, numbering episodes would get difficult. Also, I believe if you want to be a big channel you have to act like a big channel, “in you mind at least.” This is why I never released a celebration video when we hit 100, 500, or even 1k subscribers. It’s kind of a dress for the job you want not the job you have mentality. 😂 I really don’t know if not numbering them is right or wrong but most of the big channels do not and success always leaves clues. What is your take as a viewer? Do you prefer episode numbers?
