I know someone has informed you two that the next time that you go to a Brazilian restaurant, you can turn over the disk to show RED (so that the servers will stop serving meat). When you are ready for some more meat, turn the disk to GREEN and allow the servers to offer you the different cuts. Once you have chosen the cut that you want, turn the disk back to RED. This way you are not rushing your meal, you are able to eat more and you can truly enjoy your time.

Heey, we brazilians LOVE our steakhouses, of course people out there should be able to enjoy it too.
Everybody who cooks (mothers, chefs, fathers doing barbecues, housewives) are familiar with most cuts and parts from every edible animal (cow, chicken, pic, fish) and know thons of recipes with them all by memory.

We have a Texas de Brazil in western NY too. Good stuff. They have all you can eat bacon at the buffet which is awesome. Soups are good too. Obviously the meat is where it's at tho. Wish the bacon on the bacon wrapped filet was seared.
