There are going to be a good amount of characters who unfortunately will not become playable characters in Smash.
But it's still interesting to think about what kind of move sets these characters can have if they were playable, so that's why I'm here today.

With Ratchet and Sly done, you know you have to complete the trilogy with a certain master of eco and ottsel sidekick
Jak and Daxter, but which version?
Not gonna lie, that final smash brought actual tears to my eyes. That hasn’t happened since the Phoenix Wright moveset.
My only complaint is the lack of the laser rail grind. It’s the move created by Sly’s father, and learning it is the big climax of Sly 3! There’s so much emotional importance to that move. I get that it’s really hard to think of a way to include it, but without the laser grind he feels incomplete. :( Otherwise I love the whole thing so much. Here’s hoping the PlayStation trinity gets completed next time with Jak & Daxter!

Request: What if Kamek was in smash? He really deserves to be in smash for more Yoshi representation and because he isn’t playable in enough of the spin offs.

For his Neutral Special: Magic Spell (The he uses in all of mainline Mario games), This attack his Kamek shoot Magic and the Magic won’t disappear until 7 seconds and it will do same amount of damage as Mario’s Fire Balls, but if it hits an item or projectile then that will be transformed into a or another item, but if Items are off then it will be turn into a random projectile.

This was a great moveset for Sly. Even though you didn’t use PlayStation All-stars as a reference, I love how you still kept Sly’s identity and gimmicks as a thief present through his specials.
Though, I do have a few nitpicks in regards to aesthetics.
First, I really would have loved if Sly had an alternate color based off Carmelita. Considering their complicated history and relationship, I thought it would have been reasonable for a skin based off of her.
Second, you know that victory animation where Sly holds an item based off a character he beats? Yeah, what if we also extend that to the pick-pocket taunt? Like, if he does it enough, he pulls out an item from that character’s home series.
(Mainly for the amusement of seeing Sly yoink something as important as a Triforce piece from Ganondorf’s back pocket)
I bet it's gonna be Sly. Maybe he'll do Jak and Daxter next, it'd be pretty cool to see the Playstation Trio be given the Smash treatment.

Neon White would certainly be an intersesting Smash fighter.
Built on speed, mobility and movement techs to win as fast as possible.
Could be like Reimu, super light so can't get hit, but less bullets for more movement tech.
I REALLY want to see the remaining Pokémon trainers from the regions. That would be great!

I think it would be hilarious if instead of the three mage sisters being in smash, hyness was in smash and he used the mage sisters as weapons like what banjo does with kazooie.

Imagine the disrespect of breaking someone's shield, down taunting a few times to pickpocket them, then back-throwing them into oblivion. It would be the highlight of many YEETSmash vids.

Contrary to the plethora of options for Sly and Ratchet, here's a challenging one: how about Qbert? There's not a ton to go on, so I'd love to see what innovated moves you'd come up to make him work.

I think it would be cool if, instead of using the Cooper ancestors, Sly's final Smash used the whole gang from Sly 3, basically playing out like one of Bentley's operations.
Like picture this:
It starts with Sly taking out his binocucom and taking a picture with it which is represented by a white flash. If foes are caught by this, it goes into a cinematic final smash. We see Sly's binocucom view where Sly says "That's our mark, Bentley." and Bentley responds "Alright! Just like I planned!" Sly uses his cane to trip the opponent and while they are on the ground the Cooper Van driven by Murray rolls up and hits the opponent. The rest of the gang clamors out and that's when we get the onomatopoeias you brought up in the video.
I think it would be really funny and interesting if you gave Nabbit a move set.
I love sly Cooper. He deserves some more love that he’s got.

If we are sticking with the theme of PlayStation characters, I would like to put forward Cole McGrath or Delsin Rowe from infamous, for cole you could have a mechanic were you could do different actions to get different types of karma, and if you get enough good or evil karma, you could get different moves. And for delsin, you could have it were you could swap between the four powers you get though out the game, this would have you keep the same moves but have different properties.
I am a BIG fan of Sly Cooper and this set delivers amazingly well! I just have one nitpick...the up special. I would have made it that the Paraglider was an aerial glide thing when you hold down the jump button, like how Peach floats when you do the same thing instead Sly descends while doing so.
Instead I would have made it that his up special was the jet pack he got at the end of Sly Cooper 1, which by using it he'll automatically go up for a few seconds and cannot stop unless the player uses an A attack or press the guard button, but he will let go after a few seconds to drop. But he can be controlled left and right on where to go and pressing the B button while rising would have him shoot missiles from his jet pack at foes, exploding on contact.
Again this is MY take on what the Up Special should have been, this set was very cool overall!
I can imagine his character reveal trailer having him interrupt one of Joker's "heists"

To start off as Pit and Snake have a third character not of their franchise chime in on the conversation I’d say a Sonic character like Tails, Vector, or Rouge chatting with the Cooper gang would be interesting, also Sash Lilac for next move set.
Asuka from the Senran Kagura series since she was the MC for the Nintento starting origins of the series before the change that occurred with Yumi becoming the MC.

My wish for the next fighter would be Decidueye.
Three major complaints about the moveset so far.
1. Slys crawling animation should have been his sneaking animation for when he pickpockets, which then allows the down tilt to be his pickpocket action.
2. The forward throw should have been his cane swat combo from sly 4, having sly swing his cane like a golf club and sending opponents away while also using a projectile.
3. The up throw should have been the super cane charge attack from sly 4, where he leaps into the air and slams his cane with enough force to launch foes.
All three of those things Ryan and I talked about, and all three we liked way less than what we chose to give him. Hence why we gave him what we did.

Well since it says Rapscallion and I am quite certain that phrase was only used a long time ago to describe a character who is quite young,My guess is a game with a old cartoon art style,Rubber hose or dark art style,I’m guessing a character from Cuphead or a really young character,However with the background being yellow this means that the character is a good guy,which makes me think of realistic games like Bioshock and Wick,So either one of those would be pretty cool.

My other requests:
-Nova from Warframe, who could be a more versatile below average midweight with powerful burst attacks and Smash attacks with plenty of multi-KO potential, but to compensate for that high damage and knockback power is some dangerous end-lag.
-Rec Room Player could be neat too, especially as a utility character similar to Villager and Isabelle, who uses a multitude of items and stuff from the game, not to mention the Maker Pen to whip up alternative attacks! Maybe the pen could be for the specials to make items with effects similar to the Mii Fighters.

I Predict Surge the Tenrec from the Sonic IDW comics, I can see her being the new fastest fighter and her move sets will be attacks from the comics with some electricity thrown in there
But surge never appeared in a Sonic game and she is came from a comic

Surge has never been in a game and BJ explicitly stated that character who originate from a non game source (comics included) must pull their moveset from the games so it's definitely not her.

Kutaro (Puppeteer) He would be quite the interesting character to play as plus there aren't really any characters that use giant scissors in smash or in many other video games.
Chef Saltbaker (Cuphead The Delicious Last Course) He could be a fun character to play as and to make a move set for because he could fight by using cooking utensils, ingredients, and his salt shape-shifting to attack.
Toc-Man (Pac-Man World series) You could make him kind of an echo fighter or semi clone, but since he is a robot it would be better to make a unique move-set for him while having some moves just like Pac-Man because he is a copy cat like how Metal Sonic is to Sonic.
I love that some attention came to the poor Sly Series!
I just wish the costumes were more based on the other Cooper Gang characters, but that's just me. I would love runnin' around with Panda King Sly way too much!

Here are some of my character requests below. (The ideas for the attacks, palette swaps, taunts, and post-battle victory poses that I put are just suggestions. You do what you do.)
Sprixie Princesses (Super Mario series. Their moves could be taken from various power-ups and objects from Super Mario 3D World and probably Captain Toad Treasure Tracker.)
Mayor Pauline of New Donk City (Super Mario/Donkey Kong series. Her moves could be taken from various things from Super Mario Odyssey (as she does appear in that game) and from the Donkey Kong series (a reference to how the very first Mario game featured her as the Damsel in Distress). As for Pauline's outfits, I would prefer the Mayor Suit for the default outfit.)
People of the Sky (Kirby series. These gals could derive their attacks from the Copy Abilities and Power-ups that appeared in Kirby: Triple Deluxe, and one of their taunts could have a Sun Stone, another could have a random keychain appear, and another could have the Kirby: Planet Robobot Sticker where the pink member of the People of the Sky is shown smiling (although it's just her head on the sticker).)
Krystal (Star Fox series. Her moveset could either be a clone of Fox McCloud's or could use the things that Fox encounters in his journeys in Star Fox Adventures and Star Fox: Assault.)
Roll (RockMan series. Roll could derive her moveset from the weapons that she wields along with some costumes that she can get.
Forte (RockMan series. Forte could derive his moveset from the weapons of the Robot Masters that appear in Showdown of Destiny!! (which is 7), Metal Heroes!! (which is 8), Threat From Outer Space!! (which is 10), and RockMan & Forte. As for his basic attacks, that's where his Bass Buster comes in.)
RockMan X (RockMan series. He could derive his moveset from various weapons from the Robot Master Maverick Bosses in his own series, but I would like him to have the X-Buster as a basic attack.)
Axl (RockMan series. Axl could be possibly an Echo Fighter for Forte, though his moves would most likely come from the Robot Masters in the X series.)
I can't stop imagining Sly being good friends with Joker.
Sine the DLC has come out for Cuphead, I feel more than ever that Ms. Chalice should be a seperate character. This NEEDS to be a video pls. She could use all the new Charms and Weapons like the Heart Ring, Crackshot, Converge and Twist Up. (I know Ms. Chalice can’t use Charms but it’s for the sake of the move set). Also Toko Fukawa/Genocide Jack could be an interesting character. Thanks and keep up the good work!
Sly Cooper, since he has 4 games and a wide variety of attacks (if you do this, put the hiding in barrels gag in there somewhere)
SLY! make sure to jump and hit the B button to when you gotten the smash ball to do a "COOPER LEGACY" power to get rid of the enemies like smooth butter - bentley
Loved this moveset. I personally have thought of a smash trailer where an invite come in for sly but he is still missing after the fourth game. So murry yakes up the mantle to represent the cooper gang.

I’m so glad you did this for slys finel smash instead of just some sly 1 jetpack secwins and also I’m terrible at spelling
Sly is a cool guy, he’s definitely a style of a cool gameplay in the games
I actually brainstorm a possible sly cooper 5 game idea, a sorta play style thanks to thief’s in time, a brainstorm style there
And I can guess some ideas for Bentley to say with murry a few times

Mario: B: Sly be careful of the jump man! S: you mean Mario right? B: same difference! Listen sly jump man may be a leaper but he’s a brawler, he’s been in this compilation from the beginning, fighting baddies like DK and Bowser! S: What by Italian talk? I can do that easily. B: Please don’t… he’ll more likely use his tools and fire element to throw you off sly, either with his cape or the (full flood name here) device, after his just his strength to punch you out, S: well then, guess I’ll just put the hot shot out then.

Ideas:
The Astronaut from Lego Worlds. The different tools can serve as the gimmick, pressing down special to make a menu appear to choose one. The discovery tool can be used to spawn random characters as assist trophies to attack, but are weak. The landscape tool can be used to create land masses that can trap foes or give the astronaut the high ground. The copy tool allows the astronaut to copy the smash attacks of anyone hit by the beam (?) from the tool, but only until the astronaut loses a stock. The paint tool can work like the Inkling's ink, but can have water or lava to deal damage. And the build tool can have the astronaut make a brick, depending on which special used, that work's similar to Steve's building move. And, for alternate costumes, it could be different skins that they can wear in the game and another option to mix and match the characters, like in a lego game.
The worms from Worms battleground. They have all sorts of attacks and taunts that they would fit perfectly in smash, plus Armeggedon is kind of like a final smash already. Their gimmick could be a different special attack for when the specail button is pressed or held. Also, pressing neutral special has the worm switch between basic worm (average), heavy worm (big hitter, bad mobility), small worm (bad hitter, great mobility) and the brainy worm (weak, but heals 0.5% damage every 5 seconds or so)
Om Nom from the Cut the Rope games. I imagine that he won't attack on his own, but be tempted by the candy to attack, or the allies in Cut the Rope 2 can help. Also, the candy can be used as a food item if knocked out of Om Nom's attack. It heals and gives the eater a 5-10 second boost in speed and attack, but weakens for 4-5 seconds as they recover from the sugar rush.

If you could actually get some voice actors and pull of the editing, I think everyone would love a Sly Cooper Codec video.

Sly Cooper when he beats Joker should have him obtaining his mask, and I was kinda expecting to see one of Sly’s alt being a reference to Camila, the fox who chases after him.
