@@micheleb.00 If I get Masticore I don’t have enough mana to do much, and if my opp has a Naturalize I lose on the spot. Granger at least allows me to develop my resources and gives me a shot at taking over the game. I think I’d take the same line again in that situation
In the Goblins game, you say you have enaugh mana to shoot Sharpshooter, but opponent could port your land, then play sharpshooter in second main phase, which would result in wiping your board, you needed 2 untapped lands not just 1.
I had the list that took 1st built. I wonder why it had 1 whale 1 palinchron. Sometimes you can therapy yours or and recur a palinchron untap and recur the other then u two and cast a whatever and go on the beat plan turn 3. Some decks can't handle that much board prescence. So why not play 2 palinchrons instead of a split?
@@seanswerdan7639 Yeah, I didn’t understand some of the decisions made in the original list, but this one wasn’t based off of that one. Pali seems better than Whale overall, I assume the reason for playing Whale was simply card availability. Also I think playing Granger is better than playing 2 Pali since they are a dead cars without Survival.
@@fpawluszmtg sorry about the typos above. I see this list is a bit different. I was killing w spike feeder, gain 2 life and sac it to get spitter then repeating. Spitter is a real nuisance for some decks. But the krovikan horror looks sweet. As for the palinchrons I was just asking my buddy if playing something like 2 yav coast would be worth it. He never offers any real opinions just sorta "yea that might be nice" kinda stuff. And he's placed like 23rd in a pro tour before. Makes me wonder ....... Anyways love this deck. It can go any direction you want to explore. Also the cradle is worth a spot if you have one.
Cabal on split cards are like that cause you can always only name one of the two. Example, if you name fire with mage they can still cast ice. You still get both with cabal anyway so it seems weird but it isnt. Lovely deck ive only ever seen palin in feb, but i wanted to play with it in other shells as well!
Amazing deck and run!
@@Faustized Deck is strong!
Hi man! Would you be able to create a UR deck with Magnivore? and then play a few games to see different confrontations.
thank you so much 👍🏼
Fun stuff.
@@I1caro Deck’s definitely a good time!
14:30 give masticore some chance 😂

@@robinnilsson3716 It’s possible Pali is overall making the deck worse, but it’s cool to have access to a bunch of infinite combos
@fpawluszmtg but the mental advantage of unusual inf combos weighs up the downsides!
LFG

Should we remove the masticate? Because the horror looks better finally
@@DreLeila Horror is only better if you have a bunch of dorks lying around, Masticore is better by itself. Idk which one is better, honestly…
OMG I thought Hypnotist had to sacrifice itself to get the discard effect. It is so much better than that.
